【摘要】：馬克思提出的跨越資本主義“卡夫丁峽谷”理論設(shè)想為經(jīng)濟(jì)落后國(guó)家走向社會(huì)主義提供了理論支撐,但也留下了如何實(shí)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)力跨越發(fā)展的實(shí)踐難題。列寧、毛澤東先后根據(jù)本國(guó)的特殊國(guó)情進(jìn)行了初步探索。改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義的艱辛探索和成功實(shí)踐,在一定程度上破解了這一難題。論文第一章先概述了“跨越”理論形成的歷史背景,以及從動(dòng)因、來(lái)源、契機(jī)三方面論述提出緣由;第二章闡述了“跨越”理論的理論構(gòu)想與基本內(nèi)容,基本內(nèi)容是從跨越的因素以及階段和步驟兩方面進(jìn)行論述的;第三章從前蘇聯(lián)和中國(guó)的社會(huì)主義道路探索兩方面進(jìn)行闡述,總結(jié)和吸取蘇聯(lián)模式失敗的歷史經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn);第四章結(jié)合中國(guó)當(dāng)代改革發(fā)展道路的實(shí)際,在認(rèn)清中國(guó)發(fā)展道路的成就與代價(jià)的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)未來(lái)中國(guó)改革道路路徑進(jìn)行探討。未來(lái)中國(guó)需要堅(jiān)定不移地走科學(xué)發(fā)展、可持續(xù)發(fā)展之路,全面實(shí)施經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式的轉(zhuǎn)變,堅(jiān)持“引進(jìn)來(lái)”與“走出去”相結(jié)合,積極參與國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng),完善各種體制、機(jī)制,為實(shí)現(xiàn)全面小康社會(huì)目標(biāo)奠定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The theory proposed by Marx to cross the capitalist "the canyon canyon" provides a theoretical support for the economic backward countries to go to socialism, but it has also left a practical problem on how to achieve the development of productive forces. The third chapter expounds the two aspects of the socialist road exploration between the former Soviet Union and China, summarizes and draws the historical experiences and lessons of the failure of the Soviet model; and the fourth chapter, based on the reality of the road of China's contemporary reform and development, is based on the recognition of the achievements and costs of the road of China's development. In the future, the path of the road of China's reform is discussed. In the future, China must unswervingly follow the scientific development, the road of sustainable development, fully implement the transformation of the mode of economic development, adhere to the combination of "Introduction" and "going out", actively participate in international competition, improve various systems and mechanisms, and lay the foundation for the realization of the goal of a comprehensive well-off society.
