【摘要】：1974年春,安哥拉民族解放運(yùn)動(dòng)提速,源自族群紛爭(zhēng)的安哥拉內(nèi)戰(zhàn)于次年爆發(fā),并升級(jí)為美、蘇、中等大國(guó)牽涉其中的全球冷戰(zhàn)的組成部分。自1974年初,中國(guó)對(duì)"安哥拉民族解放陣線"(簡(jiǎn)稱"安解陣")的軍援提速,以制衡蘇聯(lián)扶助的"安哥拉人民解放運(yùn)動(dòng)";美國(guó)也開啟秘密援助"安解陣",但規(guī)模有限、成效一般,白宮因此通過(guò)紐約渠道及高層訪華向中方多次提出"聯(lián)華援安"建議。鑒于對(duì)外戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)軌,中國(guó)政府并未迎合該建議,并于1975年底結(jié)束援助"安解陣"。美國(guó)"聯(lián)華援安"雖流產(chǎn),但美中就后續(xù)涉安問(wèn)題仍保持配合。安哥拉危機(jī)體現(xiàn)出內(nèi)戰(zhàn)國(guó)際化與冷戰(zhàn)本土化的特點(diǎn)。就此議題的美中坦誠(chéng)互動(dòng)與美方所凸顯的聯(lián)華渴求,客觀上增強(qiáng)了美中雙邊的政治互信與戰(zhàn)略共識(shí),在以有限合作為準(zhǔn)繩的美中抗蘇伙伴關(guān)系形成進(jìn)程中起到了特殊作用。
[Abstract]:In the spring of 1974, the Angolan National Liberation Movement speeded up, and the civil war, which originated from ethnic strife, broke out the following year and escalated into the United States, the Soviet Union, and the moderate powers involved in the global cold war component. Since the beginning of 1974, China's military assistance to the "Front de lib 茅 ration nationale de Angola" (FNLA) has been speeded up to counterbalance the Soviet-supported "people's Liberation Movement of Angola". The United States has also launched secret aid to the "Front for the Liberation of Angola", but on a limited scale and with modest results. Therefore, the White House, through New York channels and high-level visit to China, repeatedly put forward the "United China Aid Security" proposal. In view of the strategic transition, the Chinese government did not pander to the proposal, and ended its aid to the Front at the end of 1975. Although the United States "China Aid Security" miscarriage, but the United States and China on the subsequent security issues still maintain cooperation. The Angolan crisis embodies the characteristics of the internationalization of the civil war and the localization of the cold war. The frank interaction between the United States and China on this issue and the outstanding desire of the United States have objectively strengthened the political mutual trust and strategic consensus between the United States and China, and played a special role in the process of forming the US-China anti-Soviet partnership with limited cooperation as the yardstick.
