【摘要】：中國古代建立了一套反腐敗的監(jiān)察體系:重視監(jiān)察機構(gòu)的相對獨立,實行分級監(jiān)察;嚴格規(guī)范選官權(quán),注重各級官員尤其是監(jiān)察官的品行和修養(yǎng);不斷強化監(jiān)察法制建設(shè)等。這在傳統(tǒng)社會的反腐倡廉建設(shè)中發(fā)揮了重要作用,也為我們今天反腐敗機制的構(gòu)建提供了具有借鑒意義的理論資源。
[Abstract]:In ancient China, a set of anti-corruption supervision system was established: attaching importance to the relative independence of supervisory institutions, carrying out hierarchical supervision, strictly standardizing the power of selecting officials, paying attention to the conduct and cultivation of officials at all levels, especially supervisory officials, and constantly strengthening the construction of supervisory legal system, etc. This has played an important role in the construction of anti-corruption in traditional society, and has also provided us with theoretical resources of reference for the construction of anti-corruption mechanism today.
