【摘要】：在分析國(guó)與國(guó)之間合作或沖突的成因時(shí),種族這一因素越來(lái)越受到國(guó)際關(guān)系學(xué)者的重視。學(xué)界已有的研究幾乎都支持種族親緣性導(dǎo)向和促進(jìn)國(guó)際合作。中新關(guān)系的實(shí)踐則打破了這一刻板邏輯,并支持另一種思路:在一些情況下,同文同種恰恰會(huì)給兩國(guó)帶來(lái)敵意而不是通常所想當(dāng)然的合作。在中國(guó)崛起的背景下,這一中新關(guān)系案例也給如何理解和預(yù)測(cè)中國(guó)目前和將來(lái)的對(duì)外行為,及其對(duì)重塑世界秩序的影響提出了思考點(diǎn)。其中一個(gè)重要的面向是"文明"。族的文明認(rèn)同在中新關(guān)系中所扮演的突出角色,再一次提醒我們?cè)诿褡鍑?guó)家的框架內(nèi)思考國(guó)際關(guān)系的局限性。隨著中華文明這一最大文明體的復(fù)興以及中國(guó)在影響和定義世界秩序上發(fā)揮越來(lái)越重要的作用,以文明思維來(lái)補(bǔ)充民族主義思維將成為國(guó)際關(guān)系研究的發(fā)展要求,文明作為跨國(guó)文化場(chǎng)域應(yīng)成為國(guó)際關(guān)系的分析單位。鑒于此,有關(guān)中新關(guān)系的研究顯示出對(duì)重塑?chē)?guó)際關(guān)系理論框架的重要潛在意義。
[Abstract]:In analyzing the causes of cooperation or conflict between countries, race has been paid more and more attention by scholars of international relations. Almost all the studies in academic circles support racial kinship orientation and promote international cooperation. The practice of Sino-Singaporean relations breaks the logic of the moment and supports another idea: in some cases, homogeneity brings hostility to the two countries rather than the usual assumption of cooperation. Against the background of China's rise, this new Sino-Chinese relationship case also gives some thoughts on how to understand and predict China's current and future foreign behavior and its impact on reshaping the world order. One important aspect is civilization. The prominent role of ethnic civilization identity in the Sino-Singapore relationship reminds us once again of the limitations of international relations within the framework of nation-state. With the rejuvenation of the Chinese civilization, the largest civilized body, and China's more and more important role in influencing and defining the world order, it will become a requirement for the development of international relations to supplement the nationalist thinking with civilized thinking. Civilization, as a field of transnational culture, should be an analytical unit of international relations. In view of this, the research on the relationship between China and Singapore shows the important potential significance for reshaping the theoretical framework of international relations.
