【摘要】：社區(qū)是在我國社會主義的建設(shè)過程中逐漸形成并產(chǎn)生的，并隨著當(dāng)今社區(qū)建設(shè)日益發(fā)展而日益壯大，然而社區(qū)建設(shè)的問題也是這樣而應(yīng)運而生的，它受到城市建成區(qū)文化、經(jīng)濟(jì)、空間結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)展等諸多影響�；诟鞣N矛盾和沖突的產(chǎn)生，社區(qū)內(nèi)各種自治組織大量出現(xiàn)，在很多方面起著很重要的作用。由于社區(qū)各方面已經(jīng)不能滿足需要，我國社區(qū)自組織能力建設(shè)問題也是在社會結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生變化后產(chǎn)生的，并且已嚴(yán)重影響了社區(qū)的發(fā)展。 在我國，社區(qū)自組織理論發(fā)展的比較晚，起初國內(nèi)學(xué)者主要將它應(yīng)用于經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、軍事等領(lǐng)域，后來發(fā)展到社會學(xué)領(lǐng)域，尤其是社區(qū)自組織。本文主要研究的主要是社區(qū)自身組織以及建設(shè)能力方面存在的問題，還要通過多方學(xué)者的研究和調(diào)查，進(jìn)行科學(xué)的探索和較為嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)难芯�。社區(qū)的自身組織和行為能力被界定為：自組織不僅僅是社區(qū)共同體所具有的機(jī)制，同時也是以社區(qū)其中一種能力而存在的，其本身就可進(jìn)行整合與維系，繼而完成對社區(qū)公共生活的相關(guān)規(guī)范。 本文選用的是統(tǒng)計工具SPSS19.0。通過闡述理論基礎(chǔ)、構(gòu)建模型、問卷調(diào)查、實證研究，本文將社區(qū)所存在的自組織能力分成六個不同的部分，它們分別是社區(qū)資源整合利用能力、社區(qū)網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)及發(fā)育程度、社區(qū)居民參與、社區(qū)自我管理能力、社區(qū)自我服務(wù)能力以及社區(qū)自我教育、自我約束、糾紛調(diào)解能力。也在這一基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行調(diào)查問卷的設(shè)計及發(fā)放，并運用技術(shù)手段進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)的處理。通過分析之后的數(shù)據(jù)得到了社區(qū)居民關(guān)于社區(qū)自組織能力建設(shè)的評價結(jié)果，，以及個體方面的不同因素對于自身小區(qū)建設(shè)的不同影響的狀況。并通過進(jìn)行有關(guān)相關(guān)性以及回歸性的對比，歸納總結(jié)出了社區(qū)建設(shè)的六個能力對其產(chǎn)生正向的影響。對于未來的社區(qū)的建設(shè)具有深遠(yuǎn)的影響和廣泛的意義，通過對論文結(jié)論進(jìn)行不同方面的總結(jié)，亦可以為社區(qū)自組織能力建設(shè)方面提供理論參考。
[Abstract]:The community is gradually formed and produced in the process of socialist construction in our country, and with the development of the community construction nowadays, it is growing stronger and stronger. However, the problem of community construction also arises as the times require, and it is subjected to the culture of the urban built-up area. Economy, space structure development and so on many influence. Based on various contradictions and conflicts, a variety of autonomous organizations in the community appear in large numbers, and play an important role in many aspects. As all aspects of the community can no longer meet the needs, the problem of community self-organization capacity building in our country has also emerged after the social structure has changed, and has seriously affected the development of the community. In China, the theory of community self-organization has developed relatively late. At first, domestic scholars mainly applied it to economic, political, military and other fields, but later developed into the field of sociology, especially community self-organization. This paper mainly studies the problems existing in the community's own organization and the building capacity, and through the research and investigation of various scholars, carries on the scientific exploration and the more rigorous research. The self-organization and behavior capacity of the community is defined as: the self-organization is not only the mechanism of the community, but also exists as one of the abilities of the community, which can be integrated and maintained. Then complete the relevant norms of community public life. This paper selected a statistical tool SPSS 19.0. By expounding the theoretical basis, constructing model, questionnaire and empirical research, this paper divides the self-organizing ability of community into six different parts, which are the ability of community resources integration and utilization, the community network structure and the degree of development. Community participation, community self-management, community self-service and community self-education, self-restraint, dispute mediation. On this basis, the questionnaire design and distribution, and the use of technical means for data processing. Through the analysis of the data obtained the community residents about the community self-organization capacity building evaluation results as well as the individual aspects of different factors on their own community construction of different impact situation. And through the correlation and regression comparison, summed up the six abilities of community construction has a positive impact on it. It has far-reaching influence and extensive significance for the future community construction. It can also provide theoretical reference for the community self-organization capacity building by summarizing the conclusions of the paper in different aspects.
