【摘要】：勞動(dòng)力大規(guī)模外流使得農(nóng)村家庭結(jié)構(gòu)的完整性受到極大沖擊,許多離散型家庭出現(xiàn)。離散型家庭主要包括留守家庭、隔代家庭和空巢家庭。通過對(duì)豫東地區(qū)8個(gè)村莊自殺案例的實(shí)證分析發(fā)現(xiàn),在這三種家庭類型中,老人自殺原因存在較大差異:留守家庭中老人自殺的主要原因是婆媳矛盾。在隔代家庭中,撫養(yǎng)孫輩的經(jīng)濟(jì)壓力與對(duì)孫輩照顧的代際矛盾是老人自殺的主要原因。而在空巢家庭中,日常生活照料與精神慰藉的缺失是老人自殺的主要原因。因此,應(yīng)根據(jù)離散家庭類型進(jìn)行分類,針對(duì)不同類型群體制定不同的制度與政策,從而構(gòu)建可操作性較強(qiáng)的農(nóng)村老人關(guān)愛服務(wù)體系。
[Abstract]:The large-scale outflow of labor force makes the integrity of the rural family structure greatly impacted, many discrete families appear. The discrete families mainly include the left behind family, the generation family and the empty nest family. Through the empirical analysis of the suicide cases in 8 villages in the eastern Henan Province, it is found that the reasons for the suicide of the elderly are large in the three family types. Differences: the main reason for the elderly suicide in the left behind family is the contradiction between the mother-in-law and the daughter-in-law. In the generation family, the economic pressure of the grandchildren and the intergenerational contradiction to the grandchildren care are the main reasons for the elderly suicide. In the empty nest family, the absence of the daily life care and spiritual comfort is the main reason for the elderly to commit suicide. Therefore, the discrete family should be based on the discrete family. Types are classified, and different systems and policies are formulated for different types of groups, so as to build an operable rural elderly care service system.
