【摘要】：正黨的十八屆五中全會(huì)指出:"到二○二○年全面建成小康社會(huì),是我們黨確定的‘兩個(gè)一百年’奮斗目標(biāo)的第一個(gè)百年奮斗目標(biāo)","‘十三五’規(guī)劃必須緊緊圍繞實(shí)現(xiàn)這個(gè)奮斗目標(biāo)來(lái)制定"。這為今后五年我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展提出了明確的目標(biāo)要求。建設(shè)小康社會(huì)是黨長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)堅(jiān)持和實(shí)施的重要戰(zhàn)略任務(wù),在總體建成小康社會(huì)的基礎(chǔ)上,全面建設(shè)并全面建成小康社會(huì)已經(jīng)具有了強(qiáng)大的現(xiàn)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。從經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)指標(biāo)來(lái)看,到2020年,我國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值要實(shí)現(xiàn)比2010年翻一翻。從理論上說(shuō),10年間年均增長(zhǎng)7.1%左右即可實(shí)現(xiàn)這一目標(biāo),"十二五"期
[Abstract]:The Fifth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee pointed out: "to build a well-off society in an all-round way by 2020, "it is the first century-old goal of our Party's' two hundred years' struggle," and "the 13th Five-Year Plan must be formulated closely around the realization of this goal." This for the next five years of economic and social development in China put forward a clear goal requirements. It is an important strategic task for the Party to build a well-off society for a long time. On the basis of building a well-off society as a whole, building and building a well-off society in an all-round way already has a strong realistic foundation. From the point of view of economic growth indicators, by 2020, China's GDP will double that of 2010. Theoretically speaking, the average annual growth rate in 10 years can reach this goal, the 12th Five-Year Plan period.
