【摘要】：冷戰(zhàn)后日本政治的右傾化趨勢越來越明顯。一方面,從其國會的政黨結(jié)構(gòu)來看,自上個世紀(jì)90年代中后期起,長期以來的"保革對立"結(jié)構(gòu)不復(fù)存在,保守政黨之間呈"保保競爭"態(tài)勢,由右派政黨獨占政壇的局面已然顯現(xiàn)。另一方面,自民黨本身的右傾化也是不容忽視的,在其黨內(nèi)幾大派閥中,原先自由派集中的派閥(如"宏池會"、"平成研究會")逐漸式微,而右派集中的派閥(如"清和政策研究會")卻日益強(qiáng)勢,出現(xiàn)了右派長期執(zhí)政的局面。在這樣的政治大環(huán)境下,日本政界的親臺勢力開始迅速抬頭,實現(xiàn)了新一輪的擴(kuò)張與整合。首先,隨著"55年體制"崩潰所帶來的政黨分化重組,政界的親臺勢力從冷戰(zhàn)時期僅存于自民黨內(nèi)部,擴(kuò)散到朝野大多數(shù)黨派之中。其次,隨著日本政治右傾
[Abstract]:The right-leaning trend of Japanese politics is becoming more and more obvious after the cold war. On the one hand, from the point of view of the political party structure of its Congress, since the middle and late 1990s, there has been no longer a "Baozheng opposition" structure for a long time, and there has been a trend of "safeguarding competition" among conservative political parties. The political monopoly of the right party has become apparent. On the other hand, the LDP's own rightward tilting is not to be ignored. Among the party's several major factions, the former liberal-concentrated ones (such as the "Hongchi Association" and the "Pingcheng Research Society") have gradually declined. On the other hand, the concentrated right-wing leaders, such as the Qing he Policy Research Association, are becoming more and more powerful and have been in power for a long time. In such a political environment, the pro-Taiwan forces in Japanese politics began to rise rapidly and realized a new round of expansion and integration.
