【摘要】：論文對民國廣東臺山地區(qū)僑刊的基本概況進(jìn)行了梳理,考察了僑刊參與僑鄉(xiāng)社會治理的角色定位與實踐。認(rèn)為僑刊不單純是近代華南僑鄉(xiāng)的一種民間刊物、鄉(xiāng)村文獻(xiàn),更作為一個社會主體參與了僑鄉(xiāng)的社會治理,是僑鄉(xiāng)社會轉(zhuǎn)型的推動者。以改良社會為己任的僑刊參與僑鄉(xiāng)社會治理的實踐大致體現(xiàn)在革弊、興利、議政督政等三個方面。僑刊的受眾——華僑的變革意識與僑刊追求改良僑鄉(xiāng)社會的宗旨不謀而合,于是前者提供資金和海外信息,后者則為前者實現(xiàn)其參與僑鄉(xiāng)社會治理的意愿提供思想、信息傳播和討論的平臺和渠道。
[Abstract]:This paper reviews the basic situation of overseas Chinese periodicals in Taishan area of Guangdong Province in the Republic of China, and examines the role and practice of overseas Chinese periodicals in participating in the social governance of overseas Chinese. It is considered that the overseas Chinese Journal is not only a kind of folk publication of overseas Chinese townships in South China in modern times, but also a kind of rural literature, which, as a social subject, has participated in the social governance of overseas Chinese townships and is the promoter of the social transformation of overseas Chinese townships. The practice of participating in the social governance of overseas Chinese villages by the overseas Chinese periodicals with the responsibility of improving the society is embodied in three aspects: reform malpractice, interest, discussion of politics and supervision of government. The change consciousness of overseas Chinese magazine, the audience of overseas Chinese magazine, coincides with the aim of the overseas Chinese magazine in pursuing the improvement of the society of overseas Chinese, so the former provides funds and overseas information, and the latter provides ideas for the former to realize his will to participate in the social governance of overseas Chinese. Platforms and channels for information dissemination and discussion.
