【摘要】：中國(guó)城市單位制度包括知識(shí)體系、具體規(guī)則兩個(gè)基本部分和與農(nóng)村及國(guó)際產(chǎn)生互動(dòng)關(guān)系的響應(yīng)層。單位制度是經(jīng)典社會(huì)主義理論指導(dǎo)、國(guó)家現(xiàn)代化目標(biāo)和發(fā)展基礎(chǔ)薄弱等條件下形成的以計(jì)劃生產(chǎn)和低水平消費(fèi)為核心的制度安排。單位制度的解體在外部條件和內(nèi)部壓力雙重推動(dòng)下逐步展開。知識(shí)體系的重構(gòu)包括實(shí)事求是思想理念的形成、社會(huì)主義初級(jí)階段的明確和富裕目標(biāo)的確立。具體規(guī)則的調(diào)整包括生產(chǎn)制度從被動(dòng)的任務(wù)性生產(chǎn)向市場(chǎng)導(dǎo)向的主動(dòng)生產(chǎn)轉(zhuǎn)變、消費(fèi)制度從政府統(tǒng)一控制向市場(chǎng)機(jī)制下的分化轉(zhuǎn)變兩個(gè)方面。從過程來(lái)看,包括過渡、局部解體、快速解體和深度解體四個(gè)階段,并呈現(xiàn)出漸進(jìn)性、全面性和分異性的特點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Chinese urban unit system includes knowledge system, two basic parts of specific rules and the response layer of interaction with rural and international. Unit system is a system arrangement with the core of planned production and low level consumption formed under the guidance of classical socialist theory and the weak foundation of national modernization and development. The disintegration of the unit system is carried out step by step under the dual push of external conditions and internal pressure. The reconstruction of the knowledge system includes the formation of the idea of seeking truth from facts, the definition of the primary stage of socialism and the establishment of the goal of affluence. The adjustment of specific rules includes the transformation of production system from passive task-based production to market-oriented active production, and the transformation of consumption system from unified government control to differentiation under market mechanism. From the point of view of the process, it includes four stages: transition, partial disintegration, rapid disintegration and deep disintegration, and presents the characteristics of gradual, comprehensive and differentiated.
