【摘要】：以人民為中心的發(fā)展思想是以習(xí)近平同志為核心的黨中央在新的歷史條件下治國(guó)理政的新思想。這一思想堅(jiān)持和遵循了馬克思主義唯物史觀,深刻認(rèn)識(shí)到以人民為中心發(fā)展思想的科學(xué)內(nèi)涵,堅(jiān)持了以人民為中心的發(fā)展是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨歷史傳承的不竭動(dòng)力思想,彰顯了黨的根本宗旨和優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng)、價(jià)值取向和政治優(yōu)勢(shì),提供了對(duì)于回應(yīng)當(dāng)代社會(huì)發(fā)展問(wèn)題的中國(guó)解答及推動(dòng)全球治理的中國(guó)方略;以人民為中心的發(fā)展是當(dāng)代中國(guó)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實(shí)實(shí)踐邏輯生成,即解決在社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下面臨的突出矛盾和問(wèn)題的根本出路;也是面向未來(lái)的使命擔(dān)當(dāng),即以人民為中心的發(fā)展是永遠(yuǎn)的時(shí)代課題,對(duì)于我們永葆黨的先進(jìn)性、筑牢執(zhí)政之基、確保永續(xù)發(fā)展動(dòng)力具有重大意義。
[Abstract]:The thought of people-centered development is the new thought of the CPC Central Committee which regards Comrade Xi Jinping as the core of ruling the country and managing government under the new historical conditions. This thought adheres to and adheres to Marxist historical materialism, deeply recognizes the scientific connotation of the people-centered development thought, and adheres to the idea that people-centered development is the inexhaustible motive force of the historical heritage of the Communist Party of China. It demonstrates the Party's basic purpose and fine tradition, value orientation and political superiority, and provides a Chinese strategy to respond to the problems of contemporary social development and to promote global governance. The people-centered development is the realistic practical logic generation of contemporary China's development, that is, the fundamental way out to solve the outstanding contradictions and problems facing the socialist market economy, and is also a future-oriented mission. That is, the people-centered development is an eternal topic of the times, which is of great significance for us to keep the advanced nature of the Party, to build the foundation of ruling, and to ensure the motive force of sustainable development.
