【摘要】：黨的十九大宣布中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義進(jìn)入新時(shí)代,這是一個(gè)重大的理論判斷,需要從學(xué)理上加以闡釋,其中新時(shí)代的歷史起點(diǎn)是一個(gè)必須弄清楚的問題。在此問題上存在著三個(gè)歷史節(jié)點(diǎn),即黨的十八屆一中全會(huì)、黨的十九大、全面建成小康社會(huì),它們各自都在一定意義上具有新時(shí)代到來的標(biāo)示意義,應(yīng)該從它們共同構(gòu)成的一個(gè)時(shí)間段來思考中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義進(jìn)入新時(shí)代的過程。這意味著,新時(shí)代的到來有一個(gè)進(jìn)入期,它由三個(gè)歷史節(jié)點(diǎn)構(gòu)成,其中黨的十八屆一中全會(huì)是新時(shí)代到來的啟動(dòng)點(diǎn),黨的十九大是新時(shí)代到來的關(guān)鍵點(diǎn),而全面建成小康社會(huì)則是新時(shí)代到來的收尾點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:The Party's 19th CPC National Congress proclaims that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era, which is an important theoretical judgment, which needs to be explained from a theoretical point of view, in which the historical starting point of the new era is a problem that must be clearly understood. There are three historical nodes on this issue, that is, the first Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, the 19th CPC National Congress of the Party, and the building of a well-off society in an all-round way. Each of them has the signalling significance of the arrival of a new era in a certain sense. We should think about the process of socialism with Chinese characteristics entering the new era from a time period which they constitute together. This means that the arrival of the new era has a period of entry, which consists of three historical nodes, in which the first Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee is the starting point for the arrival of the new era, and the party's 19th CPC National Congress is the key point for the arrival of the new era. And building a well-off society in an all-round way is the end point of the arrival of a new era.
