【摘要】：黨的十八大以來(lái),習(xí)近平同志治國(guó)理政新理念新思想新戰(zhàn)略在立足中國(guó)的同時(shí)胸懷世界,以東方智慧和全球視野來(lái)觀察與分析中國(guó)和世界發(fā)展所面臨的重大矛盾與問(wèn)題,不僅深化了對(duì)共產(chǎn)黨執(zhí)政規(guī)律、社會(huì)主義建設(shè)規(guī)律、人類社會(huì)發(fā)展規(guī)律的認(rèn)識(shí),豐富和發(fā)展了中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義理論體系,開(kāi)創(chuàng)了中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義事業(yè)發(fā)展新局面,而且從破解傳統(tǒng)現(xiàn)代化困境、跨越"中等收入陷阱"、完善全球治理、探索人類更好制度等方面提出了解決人類問(wèn)題的"中國(guó)方案",為推動(dòng)人類文明發(fā)展進(jìn)步提供了東方智慧。中國(guó)從目標(biāo)、理念、路徑上系統(tǒng)提出了現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展的"中國(guó)方案",全方位超越了西方現(xiàn)代化道路,為廣大發(fā)展中國(guó)家建設(shè)現(xiàn)代化提供了借鑒,為人類社會(huì)整體迎接現(xiàn)代化的光明前景帶來(lái)了曙光。
[Abstract]:Since the 18th National Congress of the Party, Comrade Xi Jinping's new ideas and new strategies for governing the country and politics have been based on China and the world at the same time, observing and analyzing the major contradictions and problems facing the development of China and the world with the wisdom of the East and the global vision. It has not only deepened the understanding of the laws governing the Communist Party, the law of socialist construction, and the law of the development of human society, enriched and developed the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and opened up a new situation for the development of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Moreover, from the aspects of solving the dilemma of traditional modernization, surmounting the "middle income trap", perfecting the global governance and exploring the better system of mankind, this paper puts forward a "Chinese plan" to solve human problems, which provides the eastern wisdom for promoting the development and progress of human civilization. China has systematically put forward a "Chinese plan" for the development of modernization in terms of its objectives, ideas and paths, which has surpassed the road of modernization in the West and provided a reference for the construction of modernization in the vast number of developing countries. For the human society as a whole to meet the bright prospect of modernization brought dawn.
