思想論爭與中國特色社會主義理論體系的發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:改革開放的30多年中,各種思想觀念的碰撞始終伴隨左右?梢哉f,改革開放的歷史,也是思想解放的歷史,期間伴隨著諸多的思想論爭不斷。而中國特色社會主義的開辟,思想解放在其中發(fā)揮了重要的先導(dǎo)作用。改革開放前的幾十年,教條主義、極左思想盛行,人們的思想也處于混亂的狀態(tài)。正是起著先導(dǎo)作用的思想解放,為混亂的中國指明了方向,為中國特色社會主義新時代的開辟奠定了思想條件。時代在變換,社會在發(fā)展,各種思想論爭也從未停止。通過思想領(lǐng)域思想的大大小小的論爭,在迷茫、彷徨中辨明了真理,為社會發(fā)展指明了方向,為國家的發(fā)展開辟了新道路,成為馬克思主義中國化的重要途徑之一,并在實踐后的不同程度上推動著思想理論創(chuàng)新,成為中國特色社會主義理論體系形成與發(fā)展的重要推動力量之一。 撥亂反正時期,困擾人們開辟新格局的是“兩個凡是”思想。思想問題的解決只能通過轉(zhuǎn)變觀念去解決。歷經(jīng)了真理標準大討論后,“兩個凡是”思想逐漸被拋棄,越來越多的人們認識到思想的先導(dǎo)作用的重要性。這也為黨的實事求是思想路線的重新確立和改革開放的推行奠定了前提條件。 改革開放全面推進的時期,受歷史上對社會主義和資本主義認識上偏差的影響,人們普遍將社會主義與計劃經(jīng)濟對應(yīng)起來,認為社會主義國家里只能存在公有制,,同時對資本主義和市場經(jīng)濟大力排斥,不允許社會主義國家里存在絲毫的私有成分。因此,在面對任何一點被認為不屬于社會主義公有制的情形時,才有了姓“資”還是姓“社”與姓“公”還是姓“私”的爭論。正當人們處于彷徨時,鄧小平視察南方時發(fā)表講話,解答了人們心中的疑惑,有力的推動了社會主義市場經(jīng)濟的建立;正當人們對公有制和私有制問題爭論不休時,中國共產(chǎn)黨經(jīng)過長期探索與實踐,逐步加深了對所有制理論問題的認識,最終形成了以公有制為主體,多種所有制經(jīng)濟共同發(fā)展的社會主義基本經(jīng)濟制度。 進入新世紀以來,對于私營企業(yè)主身份的爭執(zhí)、對發(fā)展觀念的不同看法、對中國特色社會主義道路的選擇又成為了這個時代思想激辯的主題。正是這些爭論及其帶來的新觀念,讓我們充分認識到了“三個代表”理論、科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的確立以及中國特色社會主義道路自信的由來。 改革開放以來多次的思想論爭,在解放思想、實事求是、實踐是檢驗真理標 準的根本原則下,大都在不同程度、不同層面,直接或間接地推動了中國特色社會主義理論體系的發(fā)展,從而構(gòu)成深化理解中國特色社會主義理論體系的重要視角。
[Abstract]:More than 30 years of reform and opening up, the collision of various ideas has always been around. It can be said that the history of reform and opening to the outside world is also the history of ideological liberation, which is accompanied by many ideological debates. The development of socialism with Chinese characteristics, ideological emancipation in which played an important leading role. In the decades before reform and opening up, dogmatism and extreme-left ideology prevailed, and people's thoughts were in a state of confusion. It is the ideological emancipation that plays a leading role, which points out the direction for a chaotic China and lays the ideological conditions for the opening of a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The times are changing, the society is developing, and all kinds of ideological debates have never stopped. Through the debate of thought in the field of thought, big and small, the truth has been identified in confusion and loss, the direction of social development has been pointed out, and a new road has been opened up for the development of the country, which has become one of the important ways for the Sinicization of Marxism. It also promotes the ideological and theoretical innovation in different degrees after practice and becomes one of the important driving forces for the formation and development of the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. In the period of rectifying the disorder, the idea of "two general" troubled people to open up a new pattern. The solution of ideological problems can only be solved by changing ideas. After the discussion of the criterion of truth, the thought of "two all" was gradually abandoned, and more people realized the importance of the leading role of thought. This also for the Party's ideological line of seeking truth from facts and the implementation of reform and opening-up laid a prerequisite. During the period when reform and opening up advanced in an all-round way, influenced by historical deviations in understanding socialism and capitalism, people generally corresponded to socialism and planned economy, believing that only public ownership could exist in socialist countries. At the same time, capitalism and market economy are strongly excluded, and no private elements are allowed in socialist countries. Therefore, in the face of any point is considered not to belong to the socialist public ownership, there is a debate between the surname "Zi" or "society" and the surname "public" or "private". While people were at a loss, Deng Xiaoping gave a speech during a visit to the south, which answered the doubts in people's minds and gave a powerful impetus to the establishment of a socialist market economy; while people were debating the issue of public ownership and private ownership, After a long period of exploration and practice, the Communist Party of China gradually deepened its understanding of the theory of ownership, and finally formed a socialist basic economic system with public ownership as the main body and the economy of various forms of ownership developing together. Since entering the new century, the controversy over the identity of private enterprise owners, the different views on the concept of development and the choice of the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics have become the subject of intense debate in this era. It is these arguments and their new concepts that make us fully realize the theory of "three represents", the establishment of the scientific concept of development and the origin of the road confidence of socialism with Chinese characteristics. In emancipating the mind and seeking truth from facts, practice is the standard of testing truth. Under the basic principle of "quasi", most of them directly or indirectly promote the development of the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics in different degrees and at different levels, thus constituting an important angle of view to deepen the understanding of the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
