【摘要】：在全球化的推動下,世界處于新的歷史轉(zhuǎn)折點。環(huán)境、能源、局部戰(zhàn)爭這些全球性的問題,都日益凸顯目前全球價值的缺失和處理全球性問題的制度性建制的效能不足。日益尖銳的資源和利益之間的沖突,不斷以"文化沖突"的方式來展現(xiàn)。中華文明作為世界文明的奠基源之一,為處理人類的困境提供了許多思想資源。各美其美、美美與共的文化自覺,不僅是對中華文明自身精神特質(zhì)的一種闡發(fā),也是對處理全球化時代的不同文明之間關(guān)系的價值支撐,基于此,中國政府提出了建立人類命運(yùn)共同體的呼吁。人類命運(yùn)共同體的觀念的提出是有深厚的文化基礎(chǔ)的,是中國人整體思維和天下情懷在處理多元文化關(guān)系時的一種體現(xiàn)。中國政府倡導(dǎo)的人類命運(yùn)共同體觀念強(qiáng)調(diào)國家與國家之間既互相獨立,但又是你中有我、我中有你的互濟(jì)關(guān)系,這是中華文明在新的軸心時代為人類提供的"實踐性智慧"。
[Abstract]:Driven by globalization, the world is at a new historical turning point. Global problems such as environment, energy and local wars are increasingly highlighting the lack of global values and the ineffectiveness of institutional systems to deal with global problems. Increasingly sharp conflict between resources and interests, constantly in the way of "cultural conflict" to show. As one of the fundamental sources of world civilization, Chinese civilization provides many ideological resources for dealing with the plight of mankind. The cultural consciousness of beauty and beauty in common is not only an explanation of the spiritual characteristics of Chinese civilization, but also a value support for dealing with the relationship between different civilizations in the era of globalization. The Chinese government has made an appeal for the establishment of a community of human destinies. The concept of human destiny community is based on a profound culture, which is a reflection of the Chinese people's overall thinking and world feelings in dealing with multicultural relations. The concept of the common destiny of human beings advocated by the Chinese government emphasizes that countries and nations are independent of each other, but they are both independent of each other, and that we have your mutual economic relations. This is the "practical wisdom" provided by Chinese civilization to mankind in the new axis era.
