【摘要】：東盟在地區(qū)安全治理實踐中形成的安全治理模式是一個變動的過程。自成立以來,東盟地區(qū)安全治理模式大致經(jīng)歷了抗御力治理模式、綜合安全治理模式、消極安全治理模式以及安全共同體治理模式的發(fā)展階段。東盟在地區(qū)實踐中的制度是東盟安全治理模式形成的原因,制度化程度越高,東盟地區(qū)安全治理模式的效用就越強。這為東盟地區(qū)安全治理模式的變遷提供了一種邏輯分析理路。中國應(yīng)該采取相應(yīng)措施加以應(yīng)對,包括加強對東盟安全的研究和評估、繼續(xù)支持東盟在地區(qū)合作中的主導(dǎo)地位及加強與東盟的安全合作機制建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:The security governance model formed by ASEAN in the practice of regional security governance is a changing process. Since its establishment, ASEAN regional security governance model has experienced the development stage of resilience governance model, comprehensive security governance model, negative security governance model and security community governance model. The system of ASEAN in regional practice is the reason for the formation of ASEAN security governance model. The higher the degree of institutionalization, the stronger the effectiveness of ASEAN regional security governance model. This provides a logical analysis for the change of ASEAN regional security governance model. China should take corresponding measures to deal with it, including strengthening the research and evaluation of ASEAN security, continuing to support ASEAN's leading position in regional cooperation and strengthening the construction of security cooperation mechanism with ASEAN.
