【摘要】：戰(zhàn)略對(duì)接是國(guó)家通過(guò)自主選擇建構(gòu)系統(tǒng)的過(guò)程,這一系統(tǒng)是包含在國(guó)際系統(tǒng)之內(nèi)的子系統(tǒng),一旦建成后,即發(fā)揮系統(tǒng)的功能。而使戰(zhàn)略對(duì)接這一系統(tǒng)保持活力,進(jìn)而發(fā)揮系統(tǒng)功能的內(nèi)部動(dòng)力是"系統(tǒng)能量傳送力",在它的作用下,戰(zhàn)略對(duì)接內(nèi)部的能量能夠在各個(gè)行業(yè)和領(lǐng)域間實(shí)現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)移,導(dǎo)致國(guó)家內(nèi)部各領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展呈現(xiàn)不均衡狀態(tài)。而國(guó)家對(duì)供需平衡的把握,對(duì)戰(zhàn)略對(duì)接模式的規(guī)劃,以及對(duì)戰(zhàn)略對(duì)接領(lǐng)域的選擇將會(huì)影響系統(tǒng)能量傳送力發(fā)揮作用的強(qiáng)度和方向,從而對(duì)國(guó)家內(nèi)部各個(gè)領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生不同影響。
[Abstract]:Strategic docking is a process in which a country constructs a system through independent selection. This system is a subsystem contained in the international system. Once completed, it will play a role in the system. The internal power that keeps the strategic docking system alive and then exerts the function of the system is "system energy transfer force". Under its action, the internal energy of strategic docking can be transferred between various industries and fields. As a result, the development of various fields within the country presents an uneven state. The state's grasp of the balance between supply and demand, the planning of the strategic docking mode, and the choice of the strategic docking field will affect the intensity and direction of the system's energy transfer force. This will have a different impact on the development of various fields within the country.
