【摘要】：從外來(lái)人口主要居住在邊緣社區(qū)的實(shí)情出發(fā),選取廣西壯族自治區(qū)南寧市六個(gè)城區(qū)的部分邊緣社區(qū)作為研究對(duì)象,采用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和統(tǒng)計(jì)分析的方法,對(duì)外來(lái)人口參與社區(qū)治理意愿及其影響因素進(jìn)行了研究。首先在文獻(xiàn)回顧和訪談的基礎(chǔ)上提出研究模型并設(shè)計(jì)了調(diào)查問(wèn)卷,然后對(duì)發(fā)放回收的420份有效問(wèn)卷采用描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析和路徑分析等數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)方法進(jìn)行定量分析,分析發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)不同的職業(yè)、月收入及居住時(shí)長(zhǎng)的外來(lái)人口對(duì)參與社區(qū)治理的意愿具有差異性;(2)參與人口和社區(qū)環(huán)境兩方面的因素對(duì)參與意愿也有不同程度的影響;(3)在邊緣社區(qū)中外來(lái)人口與本地戶籍人員在居委認(rèn)知方面存在顯著差異。基于上述分析發(fā)現(xiàn),提出了如下的政策建議:(1)加強(qiáng)公民精神培育,提升外來(lái)人口素質(zhì);(2)豐富社區(qū)文體活動(dòng),鼓勵(lì)外來(lái)人口參與;(3)加強(qiáng)公共設(shè)施建設(shè),完善邊緣社區(qū)環(huán)境;(4)強(qiáng)化社區(qū)人文關(guān)懷,推動(dòng)外來(lái)人口融入;(5)改進(jìn)社區(qū)管理體制,打通各類參與通道;(6)提升居委會(huì)服務(wù)質(zhì)量,促進(jìn)外來(lái)人口真正融入。
[Abstract]:Based on the fact that the foreign population mainly lives in marginal communities, this paper selects some marginal communities in six urban areas of Nanning City of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous region as the research object, and adopts the methods of questionnaire investigation and statistical analysis. This paper studies the foreign population's willingness to participate in community governance and its influencing factors. On the basis of literature review and interview, this paper puts forward a research model and designs a questionnaire. Then, 420 valid questionnaires are quantitatively analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis and path analysis. The analysis found that: 1) different occupations, There are differences in the willingness of the migrant population to participate in community governance in terms of monthly income and length of residence. (2) the factors of population participation and community environment also have different effects on participation willingness. 3) in the marginal communities, the foreign population and the foreign population are different from each other. There are significant differences in the cognition of the residents of the local household registration committee. Based on the findings of the above analysis, this paper puts forward the following policy recommendations: 1) strengthening the cultivation of civic spirit, enhancing the quality of the foreign population and enriching community cultural and cultural activities, encouraging the foreign population to participate in the construction of public facilities. To improve the environment of marginal communities. (4) to strengthen the humanistic care of the community, to promote the integration of the foreign population into the community management system, to open up all kinds of participation channels and to improve the service quality of the neighborhood committees, and to promote the genuine integration of the foreign population.
