【摘要】：特朗普政府上臺(tái)后對(duì)美國(guó)亞太政策進(jìn)行大幅調(diào)整,強(qiáng)調(diào)以問(wèn)題為導(dǎo)向,奉行美國(guó)優(yōu)先原則,堅(jiān)定推行"以實(shí)力求和平"戰(zhàn)略。但其并非徹底否定奧巴馬政府的亞太政策,而是對(duì)其既有繼承、又有區(qū)分,繼續(xù)將亞太作為美國(guó)對(duì)外戰(zhàn)略重點(diǎn),而在實(shí)施方式和途徑方面多一些功利主義、少一些理想主義。美國(guó)新政府亞太政策的推進(jìn)與實(shí)施,受到國(guó)內(nèi)政治、同盟關(guān)系、域內(nèi)外因素等牽制,將在目標(biāo)與能力之間尋找平衡。
[Abstract]:Since taking office, the Trump administration has made significant adjustments to U.S. Asia-Pacific policy, emphasizing problem-oriented, adhering to the United States priority principle, and firmly pursuing the strategy of "seeking peace through strength." However, it does not completely deny Obama administration's Asia-Pacific policy, but inherits and distinguishes it, and continues to make the Asia-Pacific as the key point of American foreign strategy, and it has more utilitarianism and less idealism in the ways and means of implementation. The promotion and implementation of the new US administration's Asia-Pacific policy is constrained by domestic politics, alliance, and internal and external factors, and will find a balance between objectives and capabilities.
