【摘要】："伊斯蘭國"被擊潰后,中東大片地區(qū)將出現(xiàn)權(quán)力真空。伊拉克庫爾德人的獨(dú)立公投拉開了"后‘伊斯蘭國’"時(shí)代中東地緣政治秩序重組的序幕。美國與庫爾德武裝在打擊"伊斯蘭國"的戰(zhàn)爭中結(jié)成了密切的合作關(guān)系。在當(dāng)前階段,美國出于對(duì)"伊斯蘭國"作戰(zhàn)、維持伊拉克現(xiàn)政府穩(wěn)定、維系地區(qū)國家關(guān)系等原因,反對(duì)庫爾德地方政府的獨(dú)立公投。但庫爾德人是該地區(qū)對(duì)美國最友善的力量之一,其控制區(qū)處于非常關(guān)鍵的地理位置,在美國未來中東戰(zhàn)略格局中可以發(fā)揮不可替代的作用。隨著伊拉克、敘利亞等國的政治局面的變化,美國對(duì)庫爾德人政策還存在進(jìn)一步調(diào)整的可能,這勢(shì)必會(huì)對(duì)未來中東的國際政治格局產(chǎn)生重要影響。
[Abstract]:When the Islamic State is defeated, there will be a power vacuum in large parts of the Middle East. The Iraqi Kurds' referendum on independence kicked off the restructuring of the geopolitical order in the Middle East in the post-Islamic State era. The United States has forged close ties with Kurdish forces in the war against the Islamic State. At this stage, the United States opposes the referendum on the independence of the Kurdistan local government for reasons such as fighting against the Islamic State, maintaining the stability of the current Iraqi government and maintaining regional relations. However, the Kurds are one of the most friendly forces in the region to the United States, and the area under their control is in a very crucial geographical position and can play an irreplaceable role in the future strategic pattern of the United States in the Middle East. With the changes of political situation in Iraq, Syria and other countries, there is a possibility of further adjustment of American policy towards Kurds, which will inevitably have an important impact on the international political pattern of the Middle East in the future.
