【摘要】：在統(tǒng)籌推進(jìn)"五位一體"總體布局和協(xié)調(diào)推進(jìn)"四個(gè)全面"戰(zhàn)略布局中,習(xí)近平總書(shū)記提出了全面深化改革的"四個(gè)有利于"評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。其內(nèi)在邏輯表現(xiàn)為:從改革的出發(fā)點(diǎn)看,"四個(gè)有利于"作為人民群眾需要的觀念反映,彼此之間相互區(qū)別、相互聯(lián)系、相互補(bǔ)充;從改革的評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系看,"四個(gè)有利于"是四個(gè)具有特定功能的判斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)按照一定的邏輯結(jié)構(gòu)組成的有機(jī)系統(tǒng);從改革評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)所遵循的方法論看,"四個(gè)有利于"體現(xiàn)理論和實(shí)踐、整體和重點(diǎn)、全面性和協(xié)調(diào)性的辯證統(tǒng)一關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:In the overall layout of "five in one" as a whole and the "four comprehensive" strategic layout in coordination, General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the "four favorable" evaluation criteria for comprehensively deepening the reform.Its internal logic is as follows: from the point of view of reform, "four benefits", as a reflection of the needs of the people, are different, interrelated and complementary to each other;From the point of view of the evaluation standard system of reform, "four benefits" is an organic system composed of four judgment standards with specific functions according to certain logical structure;From the perspective of the methodology followed by the evaluation criteria of reform, "four benefits" reflect the dialectical and unified relationship between theory and practice, entirety and emphasis, comprehensiveness and coordination.
