【摘要】：農(nóng)民參與是農(nóng)村環(huán)境保護(hù)的重要基礎(chǔ)和前提�，F(xiàn)階段,我國(guó)農(nóng)民環(huán)保參與還存在參與意識(shí)淡薄、參與范圍狹窄、參與方式簡(jiǎn)單、參與程度較低的現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題。究其制度原因,主要是由于農(nóng)村環(huán)境法制教育缺位,農(nóng)民缺乏有效的環(huán)境信息獲取手段,農(nóng)民環(huán)保參與救濟(jì)渠道不暢,農(nóng)民環(huán)保參與組織力量偏弱。為此,應(yīng)采取措施加大農(nóng)村環(huán)保法制教育力度,完善農(nóng)村環(huán)境信息公開(kāi)制度,暢通農(nóng)民環(huán)保參與的司法救濟(jì),壯大農(nóng)民環(huán)保參與的組織力量,以引導(dǎo)和支持農(nóng)民積極參與到環(huán)境保護(hù)活動(dòng)中,實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)村地區(qū)的綠色協(xié)調(diào)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Farmer participation is the important foundation and premise of rural environmental protection.At the present stage, there are still some problems such as weak participation consciousness, narrow participation scope, simple participation mode and low participation degree in China's farmers' environmental protection participation.The main reasons are the absence of rural environmental legal education, the lack of effective means of obtaining environmental information, the poor channels of farmers' environmental protection participation and the weak organization of farmers' environmental protection participation.Therefore, measures should be taken to strengthen the legal education of rural environmental protection, to perfect the system of environmental information disclosure in rural areas, to expedite the judicial relief of farmers' environmental protection participation, and to strengthen the organization of farmers' environmental protection participation.In order to guide and support farmers to actively participate in environmental protection activities to achieve green and sustainable development in rural areas.
