【摘要】：雖然《北周六典》《西魏、北周時(shí)期的九品中正制及其作用》等著述中有北周政權(quán)任命過(guò)中正這一九品中正制實(shí)施過(guò)程中最為關(guān)鍵的職官,可是這些記載多出自碑刻等考古材料,其中有的記載時(shí)間有誤,有的時(shí)間不確定,甚至有的碑刻本身真?zhèn)尉痛嬖趩?wèn)題,正如前輩學(xué)者所云:這些碑刻比之傳世文獻(xiàn)來(lái)說(shuō)其史料價(jià)值還是存在一定的差距的。另外,雖然《周書(shū)》《北史》等典籍中存在有關(guān)北周政權(quán)"舉賢良""舉明經(jīng)""舉秀才"的記載,可是由于該政權(quán)統(tǒng)治時(shí)期沒(méi)有任命過(guò)一個(gè)中正這一九品中正制實(shí)施過(guò)程中最為關(guān)鍵的職官,因此北周政權(quán)并沒(méi)有沿用西魏政權(quán)所實(shí)行的九品中正制。至于北周政權(quán)未實(shí)行九品中正制的緣由,除了拙文《北周政權(quán)是否實(shí)行九品中正制》所做的分析之外,還應(yīng)該與北周政權(quán)放棄了漢魏以來(lái)的職官制度而采取周六官制,改九品官制為九命制有關(guān)聯(lián)。
[Abstract]:Although the Northern Saturday Canon, "the Western Wei Dynasty, the Northern Zhou Dynasty's nine-pin-zhongzheng system and its role", and so on, have been appointed by the Northern Zhou regime as the most important official in the process of implementing the nine-pin-zhongzheng system, most of these records come from archaeological materials such as inscriptions on steles and other archaeological materials.Some of them have errors in recording time, some are uncertain, and even some inscriptions have their own true or false problems, as the previous generation of scholars have said: these inscriptions have a certain gap in the value of historical materials compared to their handed down documents.In addition, although "Zhou Shu" and "Northern History" and other classical books, there are records about the Northern Zhou regime's "holding up virtuous" and "holding out the classics" and "extolling the scholar".However, since the regime did not appoint a key official in the process of implementation, the Northern Zhou regime did not follow the Nine-Pin system of the Western Wei Dynasty.As for the reasons why the Northern Zhou regime did not implement the nine-pint system, in addition to the analysis made in my article, "whether the Northern Zhou regime has carried out the nine-pin-zhongzheng system", it should also be followed by the Northern Zhou regime, which has abandoned the official system since the Han and Wei dynasties and adopted the official system on Saturday.It is relevant to change the nine-pint official system to the nine-order system.
