【摘要】：近5年來,伊朗政壇發(fā)生重大變化,其中最突出的特點是溫和派政治力量的崛起。溫和派之所以能夠迅速崛起主要緣于伊朗國內(nèi)外形勢,得益于溫和派自身在選舉中與改革派結(jié)盟、選民對溫和主義政治理念的廣泛接受。魯哈尼總統(tǒng)作為溫和派政治力量的領(lǐng)袖一直踐行溫和主義的內(nèi)外政策,就是對內(nèi)推進經(jīng)濟改革、對外同世界各國進行建設(shè)性交流,帶有明顯的務(wù)實主義特征。在溫和主義政治思想的指導(dǎo)下,魯哈尼第一任期內(nèi)在經(jīng)濟和外交領(lǐng)域取得了亮麗的成果。其第二任期仍在沿著理性、改革和溫和之路前行,既努力發(fā)展經(jīng)濟又深化同國際社會的互動,但面臨國內(nèi)外的諸多挑戰(zhàn),尤其是來自特朗普政府的壓力。
[Abstract]:In the last five years, Iran's politics has undergone major changes, the most prominent of which is the rise of moderate political power.The rapid rise of moderates is mainly due to the situation at home and abroad in Iran, thanks to their own alliance with the reformists in the elections, and the widespread acceptance of moderate political ideas by voters.As the leader of moderate political forces, President Rouhani has been practicing the internal and external policy of moderation, that is, to promote economic reform at home and to conduct constructive exchanges with other countries in the world, with obvious pragmatic characteristics.Guided by moderate political ideas, Rouhani made brilliant achievements in economy and diplomacy during his first term.His second term is still on the path of reason, reform and moderation, trying to develop the economy and deepen its interaction with the international community, but facing many challenges at home and abroad, especially pressure from the Trump administration.
