【摘要】：在我國(guó)實(shí)施計(jì)劃生育政策將近半個(gè)世紀(jì)之后,隨著改革開(kāi)放的全面發(fā)展,我國(guó)的人口數(shù)量問(wèn)題已經(jīng)得以改善,但引發(fā)的社會(huì)問(wèn)題逐漸復(fù)雜并且多樣化。在這些問(wèn)題當(dāng)中,獨(dú)生子女家庭的養(yǎng)老問(wèn)題在近些年不斷受到社會(huì)各個(gè)階層的關(guān)注。 傳統(tǒng)的家庭養(yǎng)老模式在紛繁復(fù)雜的社會(huì)矛盾和多元化的經(jīng)濟(jì)模式下已經(jīng)難以發(fā)揮作用,并且在社會(huì)環(huán)境不斷發(fā)展的大環(huán)境下,社會(huì)資源和自然資源不斷被壓縮。恰逢我國(guó)新型養(yǎng)老模式尚未成熟之際,城市獨(dú)生子女需要面臨著巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)壓力和心里負(fù)擔(dān)。我國(guó)城市獨(dú)生子女家庭的養(yǎng)老問(wèn)題不僅需要得到政府和子女的支持,也需要父母自身的支持。 本文較為系統(tǒng)地闡述了我國(guó)計(jì)劃生育政策的歷史背景和實(shí)施效果,分析了我國(guó)城市獨(dú)生子女家庭結(jié)構(gòu)形成的社會(huì)背景；研究了我國(guó)城市獨(dú)生子女家庭的特征和現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)于我國(guó)城市獨(dú)生子女家庭和非獨(dú)生子女家庭進(jìn)行了比較分析,剖析了我國(guó)城市獨(dú)生子女家庭養(yǎng)老問(wèn)題的內(nèi)因；在分析我國(guó)城市獨(dú)生子女家庭具體的養(yǎng)老困境的基礎(chǔ)上,尋找出了影響我國(guó)城市獨(dú)生子女家庭養(yǎng)老的關(guān)鍵因素；針對(duì)我國(guó)城市獨(dú)生子女家庭養(yǎng)老困境的三個(gè)主要方面(經(jīng)濟(jì)、生活和精神層面)進(jìn)行了深層次的研究；在上述研究分析的基礎(chǔ)上,從政府、子女和父母三方面入手,提出了解決我國(guó)城市獨(dú)生子女家庭養(yǎng)老問(wèn)題的應(yīng)對(duì)策略。
[Abstract]:After the implementation of family planning policy in China for nearly half a century, with the overall development of reform and opening up, the population number of our country has been improved, but the social problems caused gradually complex and diversified.Among these problems, the one-child family pension problem has been paid more and more attention in recent years.The traditional family pension model has been difficult to play a role under the complicated social contradictions and diversified economic model, and social resources and natural resources are constantly compressed under the environment of the continuous development of the social environment.At a time when the new pension model is not mature in China, the only-child in the city is facing enormous economic pressure and psychological burden.The pension problem of urban one-child families in China needs not only the support of the government and children, but also the support of parents themselves.This paper systematically expounds the historical background and implementation effect of our country's family planning policy, analyzes the social background of the formation of urban one-child family structure, and studies the characteristics and present situation of the urban one-child family in China.This paper makes a comparative analysis of the urban one-child families and non-one-child families in China, analyzes the internal causes of the old-age problems of the urban one-child families, and analyzes the plight of the urban one-child families in our country.This paper finds out the key factors that affect the old-age care of the one-child family in our city, and makes a deep research on the three main aspects (economic, life and spiritual level) of the plight of the one-child family in our country.On the basis of the above research and analysis, this paper puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problem of the one-child family pension in China from three aspects: government, children and parents.
