【摘要】：城市社區(qū)老年人思想政治工作是社區(qū)建設(shè)和管理的一項(xiàng)重要工作。隨著我國人口老齡化的程度逐年加重,給城市社區(qū)老年人工作提出了新的要求。為實(shí)現(xiàn)全面建成小康社會的宏偉目標(biāo),更應(yīng)該注重社區(qū)老年人思想政治工作,幫助老年人解決思想、心理問題,更好地實(shí)現(xiàn)老有所養(yǎng)、老有所醫(yī)、老有所教、老有所學(xué)、老有所為、老有所樂,提高社區(qū)老年人精神生活品質(zhì)。以本溪市德峪社區(qū)為個案,采用問卷調(diào)查、訪談?wù){(diào)查和個案分析等方式,對老年人的生活及思想狀況、老年人的思想政治工作狀況進(jìn)行深入調(diào)研,發(fā)現(xiàn)問題并分析產(chǎn)生問題的成因,提出合理化的對策建議。調(diào)研發(fā)現(xiàn)社區(qū)老年人的生活情況和思想狀況,思想政治工作取得一定的成績,但仍存在一些問題有待解決。由于社區(qū)老年群體各方面存在著較大的差異,故社區(qū)老年人所存在的思想狀況也就不盡相同。思想問題不解決,很難提升社區(qū)老年人的精神生活質(zhì)量,老年人的精神文化建設(shè)牽動著社區(qū)、社會乃至國家的整體精神文明水平。所以,加強(qiáng)社區(qū)老年人的思想政治工作具有十分重要的意義。通過對課題的背景、目的、意義、研究現(xiàn)狀、方法、創(chuàng)新之處、文章概念界定等進(jìn)行闡述,以本溪市德峪社區(qū)老年人的基本情況和思想、心理及日常精神生活狀況為基礎(chǔ),調(diào)查研究社區(qū)老年人思想政治工作,找到德峪社區(qū)老年人思想政治工作存在諸多問題及其原因進(jìn)而分析產(chǎn)生問題的成因后給出對策建議。理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際,以“六個老有”為重點(diǎn),以加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)老年人思想政治工作,建設(shè)和諧社區(qū)為目標(biāo),夯實(shí)社區(qū)老年人思想政治工作基礎(chǔ)。堅持“以人為本”,豐富老年人思想政治工作內(nèi)容和形式,創(chuàng)新社區(qū)老年人思想政治工作方法,加強(qiáng)社區(qū)老年人思想政治工作評價監(jiān)督體系,增強(qiáng)社區(qū)老年人思想政治工作的實(shí)效性。
[Abstract]:The ideological and political work of the elderly in urban communities is an important work in community construction and management. In order to realize the grand goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way, we should pay more attention to the ideological and political work of the elderly in the community, help them to solve their ideological and psychological problems, and better realize their sense of security. The elderly have a medical care, a sense of education, an old school, a sense of security, a sense of happiness, and an improvement of the quality of spiritual life of the elderly in the community. Taking the Deyu Community of Benxi City as a case, questionnaires, interviews and case studies are adopted. Through a thorough investigation of the living and ideological conditions of the elderly and the ideological and political work of the elderly, we will find out the problems and analyze the causes of the problems. Put forward rational countermeasures and suggestions. Through investigation, we find that the living conditions and ideological conditions of the elderly in the community, ideological and political work have made certain achievements. However, there are still some problems to be solved. Because there are great differences in various aspects of the community elderly groups, the ideological situation of the elderly in the community is also different. It is difficult to improve the quality of spiritual life of the elderly in the community. The spiritual and cultural construction of the elderly affects the overall level of spiritual civilization in the community, society and even the country as a whole. It is of great significance to strengthen the ideological and political work of the elderly in the community. Based on the basic situation, thought, psychology and daily spiritual life of the elderly in Deyu community of Benxi City, this paper investigates and studies the ideological and political work of the elderly in the community. Find out that there are many problems and their causes in the ideological and political work of the elderly in Deyu community, and then put forward the countermeasures and suggestions after analyzing the causes of the problems. In order to strengthen and improve the ideological and political work of the elderly, to build a harmonious community, to consolidate the foundation of the ideological and political work of the elderly in the community, to adhere to "people-oriented", and to enrich the contents and forms of the ideological and political work of the elderly. Innovating the methods of ideological and political work of the elderly in community, strengthening the evaluation and supervision system of the ideological and political work of the elderly in the community, and enhancing the effectiveness of the ideological and political work of the elderly in the community.
