【摘要】：東南亞國家是中國重要的周邊國家。中國的發(fā)展與穩(wěn)定也離不開周邊國家的支持。東南亞國家與中國山水相連,對中國的重要性不言而喻。改革開放以來,有利的國際國內(nèi)環(huán)境,為中國與東南亞國家的交往提供良好的條件。受內(nèi)外因素的影響,中國與東南亞國家曾斷絕外交關(guān)系。但是在改革開放后,中國與東南亞國家恢復(fù)來往,外交關(guān)系呈現(xiàn)階段性特征。并且,在將近四十年的發(fā)展中,中國與東南亞國家在政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、安全、金融等方面的合作碩果累累,但同時雙方的交往也面臨一些問題。抓住中國與東南亞國家交往的特征,分析雙方關(guān)系變化的原因,有利于為中國和東南亞國家以后的合作交流提供實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),并且可以有針對性的解決雙方面臨的問題。改革開放以來,將近四十年的快速發(fā)展,中國已成長為一個大國,有能力按照自己的意愿處理對外關(guān)系。從現(xiàn)在的外交局勢看,中國外交基本成熟。特別是十八大以來,中國外交呈現(xiàn)新常態(tài)。在中國與東南亞國家的長期交往中,中國也逐漸形成了自己的原則,如重視解決歷史遺留問題;周邊國家是首要,特別是重視與東南亞國家的關(guān)系;堅(jiān)定不移地維護(hù)國家主權(quán)和利益;重視地緣因素的影響,等。
[Abstract]:Southeast Asian countries are important neighboring countries of China, and China's development and stability cannot be separated from the support of its neighboring countries.Southeast Asian countries and China are linked by mountains and rivers, which is self-evident in importance to China. Since the reform and opening up, The favourable international and domestic environment provides favorable conditions for China's exchanges with Southeast Asian countries. Under the influence of internal and external factors, China and Southeast Asian countries severed diplomatic relations. However, after the reform and opening up, China resumed contacts with Southeast Asian countries. Diplomatic relations are characterized by stages. Moreover, in nearly 40 years of development, China and Southeast Asian countries have achieved fruitful cooperation in political, economic, cultural, security, financial and other fields. But at the same time, the exchanges between the two sides also face some problems. Grasping the characteristics of the exchanges between China and Southeast Asian countries and analyzing the reasons for the changes in bilateral relations are conducive to providing practical experience for the future cooperation and exchange between China and Southeast Asian countries. And we can solve the problems facing both sides in a targeted way. After nearly 40 years of rapid development since reform and opening up, China has grown into a big country and has the ability to handle foreign relations according to its own wishes. Judging from the current diplomatic situation, China's diplomacy has basically matured. Especially since the 18th National Congress, China's diplomacy has taken on a new normal. In the long-term exchanges between China and Southeast Asian countries, China has gradually formed its own principles, such as attaching importance to solving problems left over from history; Neighboring countries are the most important, especially the relations with Southeast Asian countries; unswervingly safeguard national sovereignty and interests; attach importance to the influence of geographical factors, and so on.
