【摘要】：近年來,后種族隔離時期的南非社會在政黨政治發(fā)展進程中的一個顯著變化即是以非國大為首的執(zhí)政聯(lián)盟,無論在治國理政抑或是政治選舉中都遭遇了前所未有的困境和挑戰(zhàn)。南非政黨政治生態(tài)出現(xiàn)了由"黑白黨爭"向"左右黨爭"演進的趨向。南非共產(chǎn)黨作為執(zhí)政聯(lián)盟的重要成員,同非國大實行特殊的黨內(nèi)合作方式,以非國大的名義參加政治選舉,因而也是實際上聯(lián)合執(zhí)政的執(zhí)政黨之一。南非政黨政治生態(tài)發(fā)展的新趨向以及由此導(dǎo)致的執(zhí)政聯(lián)盟內(nèi)部的矛盾和競爭,成為當前南非共產(chǎn)黨在推進和深化第二階段民族民主革命進程中必須應(yīng)對的緊迫的現(xiàn)實問題。這對于加強和鞏固南非共產(chǎn)黨在執(zhí)政聯(lián)盟中的地位及其在南非政黨政治中的定位將會產(chǎn)生重大而深遠的影響。
[Abstract]:In recent years, a remarkable change in the development of political party politics in the post-apartheid period in South Africa is the ruling coalition headed by the ANC, which has encountered unprecedented difficulties and challenges in both governing and political elections.The political ecology of the political parties in South Africa has evolved from "black and white party contention" to "left and right party contention".As an important member of the ruling coalition, the Communist Party of South Africa implements a special way of inner-party cooperation with the ANC and participates in political elections in the name of the ANC.The new trend of the political ecological development of the political parties in South Africa and the contradictions and competitions within the ruling coalition have become the urgent practical problems that the Communist Party of South Africa must deal with in the process of promoting and deepening the second stage of the national democratic revolution.This will have a significant and far-reaching impact on strengthening and consolidating the position of the Communist Party of South Africa in the ruling coalition and its position in the political party of South Africa.
