【摘要】：地區(qū)研究與國際關(guān)系學(xué)科一道是國際問題研究的兩大基礎(chǔ)組成部分,也是全球性大國地位和實力在知識領(lǐng)域的重要體現(xiàn)。歷史上,一國地區(qū)研究的發(fā)展軌跡及其興衰往往也是其大國地位起落的重要標(biāo)志。與中國的國際關(guān)系學(xué)科在過去30年里取得的巨大成就相比,中國的地區(qū)研究發(fā)展明顯滯后。加強(qiáng)地區(qū)研究既是新時期我國對外戰(zhàn)略的需要,也是進(jìn)一步發(fā)展國際關(guān)系學(xué)科的需要。"一帶一路"倡議的提出和落實進(jìn)一步暴露了其不足。本文認(rèn)為,中國高等教育中外語教學(xué)與國際問題研究人才培養(yǎng)的嚴(yán)重脫節(jié)、專業(yè)研究機(jī)構(gòu)與高等院校兩只力量研究傾向的明顯背離以及國家公派留學(xué)在資助派出人員的規(guī)劃設(shè)計方面的失衡是造成這種滯后的主要原因,并建議以強(qiáng)化外語學(xué)習(xí)硬性要求、提供更多語種選擇,擴(kuò)大專業(yè)融合力度、允許個性化培養(yǎng)需求,加強(qiáng)與專業(yè)研究機(jī)構(gòu)合作實現(xiàn)理論政策并重和適當(dāng)調(diào)整公派留學(xué)項目結(jié)構(gòu)四項舉措深化地區(qū)國別研究以推動中國國際問題研究再上新臺階。
[Abstract]:Regional studies, together with the discipline of international relations, are two fundamental components of the study of international issues, as well as an important embodiment of the status and strength of global powers in the field of knowledge. The trajectory of regional research and its rise and fall are often important indicators of the rise and fall of a country's status as a major power. Compared with China's tremendous achievements in the field of international relations over the past 30 years, The development of regional research in China is obviously lagging behind. Strengthening regional research is the need of China's foreign strategy in the new period. It is also the need to further develop the discipline of international relations. The proposal and implementation of "Belt and Road" has further exposed its shortcomings. This paper argues that the foreign language teaching in China's higher education is seriously disconnected from the cultivation of talents for international research. The obvious deviation between professional research institutions and universities and the imbalance in the planning and design of the national government-funded personnel are the main reasons for this lag, and it is suggested that the rigid requirements of foreign language learning should be strengthened. Provide more language choices, expand professional integration, and allow for individualized training needs, Four measures of strengthening cooperation with professional research institutions to realize both theory and policy and adjusting the structure of public school study programs deepen regional country studies in order to promote the study of China's international issues to a new level.
