【摘要】：正享受全面的長(zhǎng)期照料服務(wù),度過(guò)充實(shí)、有尊嚴(yán)、有質(zhì)量的晚年生活,是每一個(gè)老年人尤其是失能老人的基本權(quán)利和美好愿望,也是1991年聯(lián)合國(guó)大會(huì)確認(rèn)的老年人原則。我國(guó)2013年出臺(tái)的《國(guó)務(wù)院關(guān)于加快發(fā)展養(yǎng)老服務(wù)業(yè)的若干意見(jiàn)》指出養(yǎng)老服務(wù)設(shè)施和機(jī)構(gòu)要加強(qiáng)社區(qū)衛(wèi)生、文化等功能的銜接,并支持探索醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)與養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)合作新模式。本文探索基層醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生機(jī)構(gòu)參與失能老人長(zhǎng)期照料服務(wù)模式和促進(jìn)對(duì)策。1失能老人長(zhǎng)期照料
[Abstract]:The enjoyment of comprehensive long-term care services and a full, dignified and quality old age are the fundamental rights and good wishes of every older person, in particular the disabled, It is also the principle of the elderly recognized by the United Nations General Assembly in 1991. The State Council's opinions on speeding up the development of the old-age service industry, issued in 2013, pointed out that the facilities and institutions of old-age care services should strengthen the convergence of the functions of community health, culture, and so on. And support to explore a new mode of cooperation between medical institutions and pension institutions. This paper explores the primary medical and health institutions to participate in long-term care for the disabled elderly service model and promote countermeasures .1 long term care for the disabled elderly.
