【摘要】：英國脫歐公投和特朗普當(dāng)選美國總統(tǒng)是"逆全球化"思潮的產(chǎn)物。"逆全球化"與以資本、生產(chǎn)和市場在全球?qū)用婕铀僖惑w化的全球化進程背道而馳,是指重新賦權(quán)于地方和國家層面。"逆全球化"思潮產(chǎn)生的原因在于全球化進程導(dǎo)致西方產(chǎn)生一種新的結(jié)構(gòu)性分歧,即全球化贏家與輸家之間的對立。如果把全球化視為一種現(xiàn)代化進程,那么"現(xiàn)代化輸家"論點總體上可以解釋"逆全球化"思潮出現(xiàn)和涌動的原因。"現(xiàn)代化輸家"論點是指在西方經(jīng)濟、社會、文化與政治持續(xù)變遷過程中,低收入、受教育程度低的群體不能適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代化進程,他們在自身處于經(jīng)濟邊緣,地位與聲譽受到影響以及遭受社會排斥的情況下,表現(xiàn)出反全球化和反精英的態(tài)度。自2008年全球金融危機以來,歐盟內(nèi)部社會兩極化和不平等狀況的加劇為"現(xiàn)代化輸家"論點提供了現(xiàn)實基礎(chǔ)。本文重點分析當(dāng)前歐盟內(nèi)的三個"逆全球化"現(xiàn)象,即歐盟內(nèi)右翼民粹政黨的普遍崛起、英國脫歐公投以及歐盟貿(mào)易保護主義的抬頭,同時,對特朗普當(dāng)選對歐盟內(nèi)"逆全球化"思潮的助推作用也加以分析。
[Abstract]:The Brexit referendum and Trump's election as US president are the product of a trend of "anti-globalization" that runs counter to the process of accelerating integration at the global level with capital, production and markets. The antagonism between the winners and losers of globalization. If globalization is viewed as a process of modernization, In general, the argument of "modern losers" can explain the reasons for the emergence and agitation of the "anti-globalization" trend of thought. The argument of "modern losers" refers to the low income in the process of sustained economic, social, cultural and political changes in the West. Undereducated groups do not adapt to the process of modernization, where they are economically marginalized, whose status and reputation are affected and who are socially excluded, Show anti-globalization and anti-elite attitudes. Since the 2008 global financial crisis, The social polarization and inequality within the EU provide a realistic basis for the argument of "modern losers". This paper focuses on the analysis of the three "anti-globalization" phenomena in the EU, namely the rise of the right-wing populist political parties in the EU. The Brexit referendum and the rise of trade protectionism in the EU have also analysed the role Trump's election has given to the "anti-globalisation" trend in the EU.
