【摘要】：美國正不斷推進(jìn)其亞太聯(lián)盟體系的聯(lián)網(wǎng)建設(shè)。在此進(jìn)程中,日本、韓國、澳大利亞、新加坡和印度成為網(wǎng)絡(luò)構(gòu)建的關(guān)鍵節(jié)點,議題指向、安全指向、結(jié)構(gòu)對稱化、機制融合化是網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)部聯(lián)系的主要特點。網(wǎng)絡(luò)聯(lián)盟體系結(jié)構(gòu)中,位置賦予更加明確的權(quán)力、關(guān)系傳輸更加復(fù)合的資源、互動構(gòu)建群體性信任�；诖�,對聯(lián)盟體系成員而言,網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)使得美國管理成本與職責(zé)易于分散化,促進(jìn)關(guān)鍵盟友汲取、運用更多資源,并吸引更多成員使得體系規(guī)模擴大;對聯(lián)盟體系的整體運作而言,網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)促使聯(lián)盟體系運作高效化、更具靈活性、并具有更強的抗壓性。
[Abstract]:In the process, Japan, South Korea, Australia, Singapore and India are key nodes in network building, with issues pointing, security pointing, and structural symmetry. The mechanism fusion is the main characteristic of the internal connection of the network structure. In the network alliance architecture, the position gives more explicit power, the relationship transfers the more complex resources, the interaction constructs the group trust. For the members of the alliance system, the network structure makes it easy to decentralize the management costs and responsibilities of the United States, promote the absorption of key allies, use more resources, and attract more members to expand the scale of the system; for the overall operation of the alliance system, The network structure makes the alliance system more efficient, more flexible and more compressive.
