【摘要】：本文以穆斯林禁令為例,對特朗普執(zhí)政以來的移民政策進(jìn)行了分析。同時(shí)通過對移民政策影響的評估和未來政策走向的研判,認(rèn)為當(dāng)前移民政策助長了美國社會對穆斯林的恐懼和仇恨,引起了司法和行政部門、州和聯(lián)邦政府之間的紛爭,也打擊了特朗普本人的權(quán)威。盡管目前移民改革還處于變化過程中,更多的政策有待出臺,但政策收緊是大勢所趨。
[Abstract]:This paper, taking the Muslim ban as an example, analyzes the immigration policy since Trump's administration. At the same time, through the assessment of the impact of the immigration policy and the study of the future direction of the policy, Considering that the current immigration policy has contributed to the fear and hatred of Muslims in American society and has led to disputes between the judiciary and the executive, state and federal governments, Trump's own authority has also been dampened. While immigration reform is still in the process of change and more policies are yet to be introduced, tightening policy is a general trend.
