【摘要】：弱勢(shì)群體,顧名思義,社會(huì)中的弱者,是需要整個(gè)社會(huì)給予更多關(guān)愛的人群共同體。除了物質(zhì)生活的貧困性,弱勢(shì)群體還常常遭受來(lái)自他人歧視和冷漠,是受到排擠的社會(huì)底層成員。如此生活境遇容易引發(fā)弱勢(shì)群體的消極情緒,當(dāng)?shù)竭_(dá)一定程度時(shí)便會(huì)對(duì)社會(huì)造成負(fù)面影響;而社會(huì)的不穩(wěn)定發(fā)展又必然使弱勢(shì)群體面臨更加艱難的處境,形成惡性循壞。盡管學(xué)界素來(lái)對(duì)弱勢(shì)群體給予了極大的關(guān)注,但往往缺乏倫理角度的審視。與以往的傳統(tǒng)關(guān)懷不同,倫理關(guān)懷要求尊重人的生命、尊嚴(yán),肯定人存在的價(jià)值以及追求幸福的合理性,重視個(gè)體的發(fā)展需求。倫理關(guān)懷是一項(xiàng)復(fù)雜的、系統(tǒng)的社會(huì)工程,從涉及到的維度來(lái)看,由低級(jí)到高級(jí)依次為,物質(zhì)、精神和道德維度;從涉及到的參與者來(lái)看,由整體到個(gè)體依次為,國(guó)家、社會(huì)以及每一個(gè)社會(huì)成員,包括弱勢(shì)群體自身。其“倫理性”不僅體現(xiàn)在關(guān)懷的方式、方法上,更體現(xiàn)在關(guān)懷的內(nèi)容上。一方面,倫理關(guān)懷為弱勢(shì)群體融入主流社會(huì)提供保障,另一方面,也促進(jìn)弱勢(shì)群體與其他社會(huì)成員之間的良性互動(dòng),為構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)提供必要條件。本文從倫理學(xué)視角出發(fā),以構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)為背景,分析弱勢(shì)群體的生存現(xiàn)狀,以需要理論,正義理論,仁愛思想以及社會(huì)福利思想為理論基礎(chǔ),堅(jiān)持人道主義原則、公平正義原則以及關(guān)愛原則,培養(yǎng)全民對(duì)弱勢(shì)群體的尊重與認(rèn)同,為建立倫理關(guān)懷體系尋求合理、可行的實(shí)踐路徑,從而更好地建設(shè)社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)。
[Abstract]:The vulnerable groups, as the name implies, the weak in society are the community of people who need more care from the whole society. In addition to the poverty of material life, the vulnerable groups often suffer from discrimination and indifference from others. It is a member of the social bottom who is excluded. Such a living situation can easily lead to the negative emotions of the disadvantaged groups, and it will have a negative impact on the society when it reaches a certain degree; And the unstable development of the society will inevitably make the vulnerable groups face more difficult situation and form a vicious follow bad. Although the academic circles have always paid great attention to the vulnerable groups, But there is often a lack of an ethical perspective. Unlike the traditional care of the past, ethical care requires respect for human life, dignity, affirmation of the value of human existence and the reasonableness of the pursuit of happiness. Ethical concern is a complex, systematic social engineering, from the dimensions involved, from the lower level to the higher order is the material, spiritual and moral dimensions; from the participants involved, The order from the whole to the individual is the country, the society and the members of each society, including the vulnerable groups themselves. Its "ethics" is embodied not only in the way of care, but also in the content of concern. Ethical concern provides security for the vulnerable groups to integrate into the mainstream society. On the other hand, it also promotes the benign interaction between the vulnerable groups and other members of society and provides the necessary conditions for the construction of a harmonious society. Based on the theory of need, justice, benevolence and social welfare, the author analyzes the existing situation of the vulnerable groups in the context of building a harmonious society, and adheres to the principles of humanitarianism, fairness and justice, and love and care. In order to build a harmonious socialist society, the whole people should be trained to respect and identify with the vulnerable groups, and to seek a reasonable and feasible practical path for the establishment of ethical care system.
