【摘要】：學(xué)界有關(guān)新世界主義與中國(guó)傳媒發(fā)展問(wèn)題的探討,啟發(fā)人們認(rèn)識(shí)到中國(guó)提出新世界主義的理念與話語(yǔ)其實(shí)是中國(guó)崛起的內(nèi)在要求,是中國(guó)國(guó)運(yùn)的外在呈現(xiàn)�；谝环N"傳播與人類命運(yùn)共同體"的理論框架進(jìn)行檢視,對(duì)外傳播位于系統(tǒng)中的高端位置,具有引領(lǐng)性作用。在新世界主義理念之下的對(duì)外傳播,應(yīng)以人類命運(yùn)共同體為核心出發(fā)點(diǎn),以尋求更豐盛的信息交換、價(jià)值包容和文明理解,需要面對(duì)不同文化,主動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)、對(duì)話和調(diào)整,并互相影響,形成一種共商共建的行動(dòng)態(tài)勢(shì),才能達(dá)成一種共贏共享的格局結(jié)果。為此,中國(guó)對(duì)外傳播戰(zhàn)略需要擴(kuò)充傳播的主體、拓展傳播的場(chǎng)域和優(yōu)化傳播的結(jié)構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:The discussion on the issue of new cosmopolitanism and the development of Chinese media has inspired people to realize that the idea and discourse of new cosmopolitanism are in fact the inherent requirements of China's rise. Based on a theoretical framework of "communication and human destiny community", external communication is located at the high end of the system and plays a leading role. Taking the Community of Human Destiny as the core point of departure, in the search for a richer exchange of information, value inclusion and civilized understanding, the need to confront different cultures, to actively learn, to dialogue and to adjust, and to influence each other, In order to achieve the result of win-win sharing, China's external communication strategy needs to expand the main body of communication, expand the field of communication and optimize the structure of communication.
