【摘要】：本文以解密檔案為基礎(chǔ),對匈牙利政治劇變的歷史進(jìn)程進(jìn)行研究,將其分為談判前奏、籌備會議談判、圓桌談判、全民公投以及議會大選等數(shù)個歷史階段。同時對匈牙利社會主義工人黨和反對派陣營的關(guān)鍵政治策略予以分析,進(jìn)而就朝野雙方針對政治談判主體應(yīng)當(dāng)由幾方構(gòu)成、是否應(yīng)當(dāng)將經(jīng)濟(jì)議題也納入談判議程、總統(tǒng)職位的選舉方式與選舉時間,以及匈牙利社會主義工人黨是否應(yīng)當(dāng)公示其資產(chǎn)統(tǒng)計信息等各個重要談判議題所展開的博弈過程進(jìn)行了重點的梳理,由此呈現(xiàn)出匈牙利實現(xiàn)此次政治劇變的大致歷史過程。
[Abstract]:Based on the declassified archives, this paper studies the historical process of the political upheaval in Hungary and divides it into prelude to negotiation, preparatory conference negotiation, round table negotiation, At the same time, the key political strategies of the Hungarian Socialist Workers Party and the opposition camp are analyzed, and then the main body of political negotiations between the ruling and opposition parties should be made up of several parties. Whether economic issues should also be included in the agenda of negotiations, the manner in which the presidency is to be elected and the timing of the election, And whether the Socialist Workers' Party of Hungary should publicize the statistical information of its assets and other important negotiation issues of the game process carried out the key combing, thus showing the Hungarian political upheaval of the roughly historical process.
