【摘要】：解決臺灣問題、實現(xiàn)國家統(tǒng)一需要經(jīng)過三個主要階段:第一階段雙方爭統(tǒng)一,平衡對峙;第二階段雙方爭統(tǒng)"獨(dú)",不平衡對峙;第三階段雙方談統(tǒng)一,對峙破缺,系統(tǒng)相變。當(dāng)前兩岸處于第二階段,培育和提升國家統(tǒng)一演化動力是該階段面臨的主要問題和政策重點。自由主義、現(xiàn)實主義、建構(gòu)主義的理論分別從不同角度為提供和增強(qiáng)推動國家統(tǒng)一演化動力提出很好思路,而復(fù)雜性思維的視角則在綜合上述各種理論優(yōu)點的基礎(chǔ)上,提出強(qiáng)化系統(tǒng)之間非線性作用具體政策建議,通過提高大陸間接力量的轉(zhuǎn)化效率和外溢效果增強(qiáng)對臺灣民眾的影響力,恢復(fù)和鞏固臺灣島內(nèi)的國家統(tǒng)一自生能力。
[Abstract]:To resolve the Taiwan issue and realize national reunification, we need to go through three main stages: the first stage is the two sides fighting for reunification and balanced confrontation; the second stage is the two sides fighting for reunification and independence, and the second stage is unbalanced confrontation; and the third stage the two sides talk about reunification and the confrontation breaks down. At present, the two sides of the strait are in the second stage. Fostering and promoting the momentum of national unification and evolution is the main problem and policy focus in this period. The theory of constructivism provides a good idea for providing and strengthening the impetus of promoting the evolution of national unity from different angles, while the angle of view of complexity thinking is based on the combination of the advantages of the above theories. Some specific policy suggestions are put forward to strengthen the nonlinear effect between the systems, which can enhance the influence on the Taiwan people by improving the efficiency and spillover effect of the indirect power of the mainland, so as to restore and consolidate the independent ability of national reunification on the island of Taiwan.
