【摘要】：2015年以來(lái),受西亞北非地區(qū)戰(zhàn)亂和恐怖主義的影響,大量難民涌入歐洲,形成嚴(yán)重的難民危機(jī)。西亞北非地區(qū)持續(xù)的亂局、以美國(guó)為首的西方國(guó)家對(duì)西亞北非地區(qū)的不當(dāng)干預(yù)是造成歐洲難民危機(jī)的主要原因。歐洲難民危機(jī)不僅對(duì)敘利亞、伊拉克、阿富汗等難民主要輸出國(guó)產(chǎn)生重要影響,而且也對(duì)歐洲政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、安全和主流文化等產(chǎn)生重要影響,甚至也波及美國(guó)、澳大利亞、加拿大等其他國(guó)家和地區(qū)。實(shí)現(xiàn)難民原籍國(guó)的和平與穩(wěn)定、解決難民原籍國(guó)的重建和發(fā)展以及難民融入問(wèn)題是歐洲難民危機(jī)的解決之道。警惕美國(guó)為首的西方國(guó)家的"顏色革命"、加強(qiáng)難民危機(jī)的國(guó)際合作、建立與完善中國(guó)的難民應(yīng)對(duì)機(jī)制是歐洲難民危機(jī)留給我們的啟示。
[Abstract]:Since 2015, affected by war and terrorism in West Asia and North Africa, a large number of refugees have poured into Europe, creating a serious refugee crisis. Improper intervention by the United States-led Western countries in West Asia and North Africa is the main cause of the European refugee crisis, which has had an important impact not only on Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan, and other major sending countries of refugees. It also has an important impact on European politics, economy, security and mainstream culture, and even affects other countries and regions, such as the United States, Australia, Canada, and so on, to achieve peace and stability in the countries of origin of refugees. The solution to the problem of reconstruction and development in the countries of origin of refugees and the integration of refugees is the solution to the refugee crisis in Europe. We are wary of the "color revolution" of the Western countries led by the United States and of strengthening international cooperation in the refugee crisis, Establishing and perfecting China's refugee response mechanism is the inspiration of European refugee crisis.
