【摘要】：自1959年革命勝利以來,古巴在探索社會(huì)主義發(fā)展模式方面進(jìn)行了數(shù)次變革、探索與爭(zhēng)鳴,先后進(jìn)行了社會(huì)主義改造、嚴(yán)格的計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)、"革命攻勢(shì)"、經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和計(jì)劃體制、"和平時(shí)期的特殊階段"等多次對(duì)社會(huì)主義發(fā)展模式的探索,豐富了社會(huì)主義建設(shè)的理論與實(shí)踐。勞爾在接替卡斯特羅擔(dān)任最高領(lǐng)導(dǎo)職務(wù)后,提出了"更新"社會(huì)主義模式并正式啟動(dòng)"更新"進(jìn)程。勞爾就古巴長(zhǎng)期經(jīng)濟(jì)困難的原因、黨的工作重點(diǎn)、關(guān)于平均主義以及對(duì)外關(guān)系等方面提出了更加合乎實(shí)際的新思想、新舉措,推動(dòng)了古巴的"更新"進(jìn)程,但其在計(jì)劃與市場(chǎng)的性質(zhì)等方面較以往仍然沒有實(shí)質(zhì)性突破。目前,古巴在"更新"進(jìn)程的目標(biāo)模式方面仍然存在爭(zhēng)論,這些爭(zhēng)論直接影響著改革的方向。
[Abstract]:Since the victory of the revolution in 1959, Cuba has made several changes in exploring the mode of socialist development, exploring and contending, and has successively carried out socialist transformation. Strict planned economy, "revolutionary offensive", economic leadership and planning system, "special stage in peacetime" and so on have repeatedly explored the model of socialist development. It enriches the theory and practice of socialist construction. After Raul succeeded Castro in the top leadership position, he put forward the idea of "updating" the socialist model and formally launching the "renewal" process. The focus of the party's work on equalitarianism and foreign relations has put forward more realistic new ideas and measures, which have promoted the "renewal" process in Cuba. However, there is still no substantial breakthrough in the nature of the plan and the market. At present, there are still arguments about the target model of the "renewal" process in Cuba, which directly affect the direction of the reform.
