【摘要】：生命政治既是審視全球反恐治理的一個全新視角,也是當代國際反恐政治重要的構成維度。當前反恐時代的生命政治突出地表現為對生命權力的社會建構、對生命健康的衛(wèi)生治理以及對生命價值的雙重標準的衡量。對反恐時代生命政治的反思,旨在反映當前反恐治理面臨的雙重威脅:一方面是恐怖主義及其行為實踐本身造成的現實威脅,另一方面則是反恐實踐行動中的權力擴張與價值撕裂。因此,在對當前反恐時代的生命政治進行重構的過程中,踐行化敵為友的"協(xié)和"精神遠比樹敵后再改造與消滅的"同化"舉措更加契合世界政治視域下反恐治理的基本旨向。
[Abstract]:Life politics is not only a new angle of view to examine the governance of global terrorism, but also an important dimension of contemporary international anti-terrorism politics. Reflection on life politics in the age of anti-terrorism, The aim is to reflect the dual threats facing the current anti-terrorist governance: on the one hand, the real threat caused by terrorism and its practice itself, on the other hand, the expansion of power and the tear of value in the practice of counter-terrorism. In the process of reconstructing the life politics of the current anti-terrorism era, the practice of the "Concord" spirit of turning enemies into friends is far more in line with the basic aim of anti-terrorist governance in the world political field than the "assimilation" of remolding and eliminating after making enemies.
