【摘要】：西安市C陽(yáng)光家園應(yīng)中殘聯(lián)“陽(yáng)光家園計(jì)劃”于2010年成立,至今已在智障兒童康復(fù)方面做出了一定的努力和貢獻(xiàn),也積累了一定的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。但在康復(fù)服務(wù)開(kāi)展、機(jī)構(gòu)建設(shè)以及發(fā)展方面依然面臨著很多的問(wèn)題,亟需梳理和探討并進(jìn)行康復(fù)服務(wù)路徑探析。本文運(yùn)用社會(huì)支持理論和整體康復(fù)理論,來(lái)重點(diǎn)展開(kāi)研究C陽(yáng)光家園康復(fù)服務(wù)實(shí)踐方面的問(wèn)題。首先,筆者認(rèn)為C陽(yáng)光家園的康復(fù)服務(wù)包括托養(yǎng)服務(wù)、教育康復(fù)服務(wù)、職業(yè)康復(fù)服務(wù)和社會(huì)康復(fù)服務(wù)四個(gè)方面,從這四個(gè)方面分析C陽(yáng)光家園康復(fù)服務(wù)能夠全面的了解其康復(fù)服務(wù)的開(kāi)展情況。其次,筆者分四個(gè)部分,從不同層面對(duì)C陽(yáng)光家園的康復(fù)服務(wù)進(jìn)行了分析。第一部分,筆者從康復(fù)服務(wù)資源狀況、提供策略、外在支持三個(gè)層面展開(kāi)說(shuō)明C陽(yáng)光家園四個(gè)方面的康復(fù)服務(wù)實(shí)踐現(xiàn)狀；第二部分,筆者從康復(fù)服務(wù)所取得的成效、所面臨的困境兩個(gè)層面對(duì)C陽(yáng)光家園的康復(fù)服務(wù)實(shí)踐的四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了分析；第三部分,筆者對(duì)C陽(yáng)光家園的康復(fù)服務(wù)實(shí)踐四個(gè)方面的發(fā)展路徑進(jìn)行了探討；第四部分,筆者從總體的角度闡述了C陽(yáng)光家園在開(kāi)展康復(fù)服務(wù)過(guò)程中應(yīng)該堅(jiān)持的理念。最后,筆者得出結(jié)論,認(rèn)為C陽(yáng)光家園要爭(zhēng)取更多的外在資源、完善康復(fù)服務(wù)實(shí)踐、拓展康復(fù)服務(wù)內(nèi)容、提高康復(fù)服務(wù)質(zhì)量、實(shí)現(xiàn)整體康復(fù)的目標(biāo),不僅要在具體方面采取措施,還需內(nèi)化建立康復(fù)服務(wù)評(píng)估體系、構(gòu)建社會(huì)支持網(wǎng)絡(luò)、堅(jiān)持整體康復(fù)服務(wù)理念、運(yùn)用正常化康復(fù)服務(wù)方法的理念,將具體方法與策略和理念相融合,才能更好的開(kāi)展康復(fù)服務(wù),實(shí)現(xiàn)整體康復(fù)。
[Abstract]:Xi'an City C Sunshine Home should be disabled people's Union "Sunshine Home Plan" was established in 2010, so far in the rehabilitation of children with intellectual disabilities has made a certain amount of efforts and contributions. But there are still many problems in rehabilitation service development, institution building and development. Urgent need to comb and explore and explore the path of rehabilitation services. This paper uses the social support theory and the overall rehabilitation theory to focus on the study of the practice of rehabilitation services in C Sunshine Home. First of all. The author thinks that the rehabilitation service of C Sunshine Home includes four aspects: foster care service, education rehabilitation service, vocational rehabilitation service and social rehabilitation service. From these four aspects of the analysis of C sunshine home rehabilitation services can be comprehensive understanding of its rehabilitation services. Secondly, the author is divided into four parts. From different levels of rehabilitation services in C Sunshine Home were analyzed. The first part, the author from the status of rehabilitation services resources, to provide strategies. Three levels of external support to explain the current situation of rehabilitation service practice in four aspects of C Sunshine Home; In the second part, the author analyzes the four aspects of rehabilitation service practice in C Sunshine Home from the aspects of the achievements of rehabilitation services and the difficulties faced by them. In the third part, the author discusses four development paths of rehabilitation service practice in C Sunshine Home. Part 4th, the author from the overall perspective of the C Sunshine Home in the development of rehabilitation services should adhere to the concept. Finally, the author concluded that C Sunshine Home to strive for more external resources. To improve the practice of rehabilitation service, expand the content of rehabilitation service, improve the quality of rehabilitation service, and achieve the goal of overall rehabilitation, we should not only take measures in specific aspects, but also establish the evaluation system of rehabilitation service internalized. Only by constructing social support network, adhering to the concept of holistic rehabilitation service, applying the idea of normalizing rehabilitation service method, combining concrete method with strategy and idea, can we better carry out rehabilitation service and realize the whole rehabilitation.
