【摘要】：馬格里布移民在法國最早出現(xiàn)于19世紀(jì)末,距今已有100多年的歷史。截至到2012年,法國共計約有1692000馬格里布移民,占法國全部移民人口很高的比重。然而,在融入法國社會的過程中,馬格里布移民特別是他們的后代遇到了諸多問題,他們中的很多并沒有真正融入主流社會。馬格里布移民后代的融入失敗是由多方面原因造成的:經(jīng)濟(jì)上,法國自70年代末出現(xiàn)的衰退以及工作中的歧視使移民的經(jīng)濟(jì)情況雪上加霜;政治上,法國入籍入境政策的收縮以及融入政策“共和”模式的不足,招致了移民的不滿,也一定程度上加劇了移民和原住民之間的矛盾;文化上,法國宣揚(yáng)的普世價值觀和伊斯蘭教旨之間的分歧也影響了移民的融入;而一系列社會因素也阻礙了馬格里布移民后代的順利融入。為了促進(jìn)馬格里布移民后代更好的融入法國社會,應(yīng)從多方面入手:政府應(yīng)當(dāng)加強(qiáng)對移民后代的教育,致力于改善移民聚居區(qū)的住房情況,此外還應(yīng)嚴(yán)厲打擊非法移民;對于原住民來說,他們應(yīng)該改變對馬格里布移民及其后對的刻板印象,加強(qiáng)同他們的交流,促進(jìn)他們的融合;而對于馬格里布移民的后代來說,他們更應(yīng)該發(fā)揮自己的能力,努力融入法國社會,而不是一味抱怨或是等待幫助。
[Abstract]:Maghreb immigrants first appeared in France at the end of 19th century, more than 100 years ago. By 2012, there were about 1692000 Maghreb immigrants in France. However, in the process of integration into French society, the Maghreb immigrants, especially their descendants, encountered many problems. Many of them are not really integrated into mainstream society. The failure of the Maghreb immigrants' descendants to integrate is caused by a number of factors: economically. The recession in France since the end of 70s and discrimination at work have exacerbated the economic situation of migrants; Politically, the contraction of French naturalization policy and the insufficiency of the "republic" model of integration policy led to the dissatisfaction of immigrants, and to some extent exacerbated the contradiction between immigrants and aborigines. Culturally, the differences between the universal values of France and the tenets of Islam also affect the integration of immigrants; And a series of social factors also hindered the smooth integration of the descendants of the Maghreb immigrants in order to promote the better integration of the Maghreb immigrants into French society. This should be done in a number of ways: the Government should strengthen the education of future generations of migrants and strive to improve the housing situation in areas where migrants live in concentrated areas, in addition to cracking down on illegal immigrants; For their part, the aborigines should change their stereotype of Maghreb immigrants and later on, strengthen communication with them and promote their integration; For the future generations of Maghreb immigrants, they should play their part and try to integrate into French society, rather than complain or wait for help.
