【摘要】：契約品質既是人類精神文明演化的必然結果,也是人類社會歷史發(fā)展所形成的公共性之累積的結果,體現(xiàn)為一種最基本的公共德性。契約的消釋,以暴戾為例,其中,哲學方法論中的暴戾表現(xiàn)為破字當頭,政治理論中的暴戾展現(xiàn)為典型的暴力論,道德倫理中的暴戾呈現(xiàn)為"成人之惡",心理范疇中的暴戾體現(xiàn)為攻擊性補償行為。對"暴戾"的消釋重構需要依靠最基本的公共德性"契約品質"的力量,其中,哲學方法論的契約體現(xiàn)為建設為主,作為政治"理性"的契約顯示為"理性"論,作為底線倫理的契約反映為"成人之美",作為"心理契約"的契約表現(xiàn)為信任式約定。
[Abstract]:The quality of contract is not only the inevitable result of the evolution of human spiritual civilization, but also the cumulative result of the publicity formed by the historical development of human society. The exoneration of the contract takes the violent as an example, in which the violence in the philosophical methodology is characterized by breaking words, the violence in the political theory is manifested as the typical theory of violence, and the violence in the moral ethics is presented as the "evil of the adult". The violent behavior in psychological category is reflected in aggressive compensatory behavior. The elimination and reconstruction of "violent" need to rely on the most basic public virtue "contract quality". Among them, the contract of philosophical methodology is mainly embodied in construction, and the contract as political "rationality" is shown as "rational" theory. The contract as the bottom line ethics is reflected as "the beauty of man", and the contract as "psychological contract" is expressed as the contract of trust.
