【摘要】：大數(shù)據(jù)已成為21世紀(jì)的新石油,各國(guó)政府相繼提出發(fā)展大數(shù)據(jù)戰(zhàn)略。借助大數(shù)據(jù)收集、存儲(chǔ)和挖掘等技術(shù),大數(shù)據(jù)信息所蘊(yùn)含的潛在價(jià)值不斷得到開發(fā),推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的發(fā)展。然而,在大數(shù)據(jù)信息價(jià)值開發(fā)的同時(shí),也引發(fā)了一些迫切需要關(guān)注和解決的倫理問(wèn)題,如隱私權(quán)問(wèn)題、知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)問(wèn)題和信息安全問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:Big data has become the new oil in 21th century. The governments of various countries have put forward the strategy of developing big data one after another. With the help of technologies such as collecting, storing and digging, the potential value contained in the information of big data has been continuously exploited. However, with the development of big data's information value, some ethical problems need to be paid close attention to and solved urgently, such as privacy, intellectual property and information security.
