【摘要】：礦業(yè)倫理研究的是礦業(yè)開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中人與人、人與自然、人與社會(huì)相互關(guān)系的道德問(wèn)題,屬于應(yīng)用倫理學(xué)范疇。本文認(rèn)為,構(gòu)建我國(guó)礦業(yè)倫理應(yīng)以繼承傳統(tǒng)倫理思想的精髓為基礎(chǔ),借鑒西方生態(tài)倫理學(xué)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)慕Y(jié)構(gòu)性和方法論,使之符合生態(tài)文明的時(shí)代精神。當(dāng)前,全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)的綠色礦山建設(shè)為構(gòu)建我國(guó)礦業(yè)倫理提供了歷史機(jī)遇。通過(guò)公眾、企業(yè)和政府部門(mén)的協(xié)同努力,建立適合國(guó)情和礦情的礦業(yè)道德標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和行為規(guī)范,能夠?yàn)槲覈?guó)建設(shè)綠色礦山、發(fā)展綠色礦業(yè)提供理論支撐和實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:The mining ethics is the study of mining in the process of the development of man and man, man and nature, the moral problems between people and society, which belongs to the category of applied ethics. This paper argues that the construction of China's mining industry to the essence of ethics should inherit traditional ethics thought as the foundation, from the western ecological ethics on the structural and precise method, the according with the ecological civilization. At present, the green mine construction nationwide provides a historic opportunity for the construction of China's mining industry. Through the collaborative efforts of public ethics, enterprises and government departments, and regulate the behavior of moral standards to establish conditions for mining and mining conditions, for our country to build green mines, to provide theoretical support practice and guide the development of green mining.
