工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)對(duì)馬來西亞電子電器業(yè)的影響

隨著工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)所產(chǎn)生的“革命性”影響,已經(jīng)讓中國(guó)的制造業(yè)從一個(gè)傳統(tǒng)的制造業(yè)“工廠”轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)槭澜缫涣鞯墓I(yè)化強(qiáng)國(guó)并獲得更多的牽引力。在此重大變革的推動(dòng)下,本研究旨在探討工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)在馬來西亞電子電氣制造業(yè)的發(fā)展前景。本文由四個(gè)文獻(xiàn)綜述作為前提,并發(fā)現(xiàn)馬來西亞的電子電器行業(yè)相較于其他國(guó)家,如:越南,已經(jīng)失去了競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。不僅如此,馬來西亞制造業(yè)所采用的技術(shù)水平也相對(duì)于落后。接著,本文對(duì)五家中國(guó)企業(yè)進(jìn)行了廣泛的定性研究,包括了:海爾的卡奧斯、富士康的富集云、華秋電子的華秋平臺(tái)、寶武鋼鐵集團(tuán)的歐冶和摩貝(上海)生物科技的摩貝化學(xué)網(wǎng)。通過對(duì)以上公司的分析總結(jié)出馬來西亞電子電器的制造業(yè)在數(shù)字化方面還擁有很大的提升空間。不僅如此,在馬來西亞已經(jīng)擁有五家大型本地電子電器公司對(duì)工業(yè)4.0的采用進(jìn)行了分析,它們分別是Inari Amertron Berhad,Globetronics Technology Berhad,Vi Trox Corporation,Pentamaster Corporation Berhad和Sil Terra Malaysia。雖然大公司已經(jīng)開始采用該技術(shù),但中小型電子電氣公司在技...
