【摘要】：正近年來,隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,一批高參數(shù)、大容量的先進(jìn)火力發(fā)電企業(yè)陸續(xù)投產(chǎn)。新型電廠技術(shù)先進(jìn),自動化水平較高,但人員較少,在裝機(jī)容量遠(yuǎn)高于老廠的情況下,新廠人員往往不足老廠五分之一,這就對新廠人員的管理模式提出了新的要求。大型火電廠間的競爭日益激烈,而設(shè)備健康,可靠運(yùn)行才是與其它電廠搶發(fā)電量的本錢,電廠檢修人員作為
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of science and technology, a batch of advanced thermal power generation enterprises with high parameters and large capacity have been put into operation. The new power plant is advanced in technology and the automation level is high, but the number of personnel is small. Under the condition that the installed capacity is far higher than that of the old plant, the new plant is often less than one fifth of the old plant, which puts forward new requirements for the management mode of the new plant personnel. The competition between large thermal power plants is increasingly fierce, and the equipment is healthy and reliable operation is the basic cost of power generation with other power plants.
