【摘要】：上市公司財務(wù)舞弊案是資本市場的固有頑疾,國內(nèi)外每年都會爆發(fā)大量財務(wù)舞弊案例。1990年上交所和深交所的成立填充了我國資本市場的空白,也為世界資本市場注入了新的活力。歷經(jīng)20多年的快速發(fā)展,我國資本市場呈現(xiàn)出繁榮景象,但也產(chǎn)生了諸多問題。華銳風(fēng)電財務(wù)舞弊案是近年來我國資本市場內(nèi)控不足的典型表現(xiàn),折射出國內(nèi)資本市場依舊存在監(jiān)管力度弱、法制不健全的現(xiàn)象。文章通過對華銳豐電財務(wù)舞弊手段、舞弊動因等分析,對防范上市公司財務(wù)舞弊提出建議和對策。
[Abstract]:The financial fraud of listed companies is an inherent problem in the capital market, and a large number of cases of financial fraud occur at home and abroad every year.In 1990, the establishment of the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange filled in the blank of the capital market in China. It has also injected new vitality into the world's capital markets. After more than 20 years of rapid development, China's capital market presents a prosperous scene, but there are also many problems. The financial fraud case of Sinovel wind power is a typical manifestation of the lack of internal control in China's capital market in recent years, which reflects that there are still weak supervision and imperfect legal system in the domestic capital market. Based on the analysis of financial fraud methods and causes of financial fraud, this paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures to prevent financial fraud of listed companies.
