綠色建筑在工業(yè)建筑系統(tǒng)中的應用以經(jīng)濟分析為例

【摘要】:當前,綠色工業(yè)建筑在我國得到越來越多的研究。然而縱觀這幾年我國在綠色工業(yè)建筑領域的研究成果,多以涉及概念和技術的內(nèi)容居多,缺乏經(jīng)濟方面的系統(tǒng)性統(tǒng)計和研究。本論文從經(jīng)濟學的角度出發(fā),以全生命周期成本理論為基礎,結合實際案例,對綠色工業(yè)建筑進行經(jīng)濟效益評價,分析綠色工業(yè)建筑的經(jīng)濟可行性。本論文首先介紹綠色工業(yè)建筑研究背景、建筑業(yè)發(fā)展和能源消耗狀況、各國綠色建筑評價體系、工業(yè)建筑特點和發(fā)展趨勢。并依照《綠色工業(yè)建筑評價標準》要求,在全生命周期成本理論的基礎上,識別和測算綠色工業(yè)建筑的增量成本和增量效益,給出經(jīng)濟、環(huán)境、社會三方面效益量化方法。建立了綠色工業(yè)建筑經(jīng)濟效益分析模型和評價指標。然后以西安地區(qū)的一個三星級綠色工業(yè)建筑作為案例,詳細識別和量化其增量成本和增量效益,計算經(jīng)濟評價指標,評價結果顯示綠色工業(yè)建筑不僅能夠產(chǎn)生豐厚的經(jīng)濟效益,還能帶來可觀的環(huán)境效益和社會效益。最后運用單因素敏感性分析方法,分析增量成本、節(jié)電量、電價、節(jié)水量、水價不確定因素對綠色建筑經(jīng)濟評價指標的影響程度。結果表明增量成本敏感系數(shù)絕對值最大,對指標影響因素最大。因此在綠色建筑的投資規(guī)劃中,增量成本投資尤為重要,同時隨著節(jié)電量、電價、節(jié)水量和水價的增加,綠色建筑的經(jīng)濟性會更為突出。本論文從經(jīng)濟學的角度,對綠色工業(yè)建筑增量成本和效益進行評價分析,研究成果彌補了綠色工業(yè)建筑在經(jīng)濟領域研究的不足,提供了科學的評價分析方法,為綠色工業(yè)建筑的發(fā)展提供參考。
[Abstract]:At present, green industrial buildings in our country more and more research. However, in recent years, most of the research achievements in the field of green industrial architecture in China are related to the concept and technology, and lack of systematic statistics and research on economic aspects. Based on the whole life cycle cost theory, this paper evaluates the economic benefits of green industrial buildings and analyzes the economic feasibility of green industrial buildings. This paper first introduces the research background of green industrial architecture, the development of construction industry and energy consumption, the evaluation system of green building in various countries, the characteristics and development trend of industrial building. According to the requirements of the evaluation standard of green industrial buildings, based on the whole life cycle cost theory, the incremental cost and incremental benefit of green industrial buildings are identified and calculated, and the quantitative methods of economic, environmental and social benefits are given. The economic benefit analysis model and evaluation index of green industrial building are established. Then take a three-star green industrial building in Xi'an area as a case, identify and quantify its incremental cost and incremental benefit in detail, calculate the economic evaluation index, and the evaluation results show that green industrial building can not only produce rich economic benefits. It can also bring considerable environmental and social benefits. Finally, the influence of incremental cost, electricity saving, electricity price, water saving and water price on the economic evaluation index of green building is analyzed by using single factor sensitivity analysis method. The results show that the absolute value of incremental cost sensitivity coefficient is the largest and the most influential factor on the index. Therefore, in the green building investment planning, incremental cost investment is particularly important, and with the increase of electricity saving, electricity price, water saving and water price, the economy of green building will become more prominent. In this paper, the incremental cost and benefit of green industrial buildings are evaluated and analyzed from the angle of economics. The research results make up for the deficiencies of green industrial buildings in the field of economic research, and provide a scientific evaluation and analysis method. To provide reference for the development of green industrial buildings.
