【摘要】：在近代中國茶葉對外貿(mào)易中,憑借壟斷定價權(quán)、出口權(quán)和銷售權(quán)等市場強權(quán),洋行、買辦和茶棧等中間商共同主導(dǎo)構(gòu)建了以他們控制貿(mào)易為核心內(nèi)容的中間商制度。研究表明,這種制度只有利于中間商的利益實現(xiàn),卻使沒有談判能力的茶商、茶農(nóng)的利益空間被嚴重擠壓,導(dǎo)致茶葉貿(mào)易中的利益分配失衡。中間商制度是近代中國茶葉對外貿(mào)易衰落的主因之一。從深層次上講,中間商制度更是抑制了制度創(chuàng)新、技術(shù)進步、社會投資和企業(yè)家進取精神等茶業(yè)發(fā)展必需的經(jīng)濟要素的形成,在此制度環(huán)境下,近代中國茶業(yè)無法實現(xiàn)升級和轉(zhuǎn)型,以致茶葉對外貿(mào)易最終衰落。
[Abstract]:In modern Chinese tea foreign trade, relying on market power such as monopoly pricing power, export right and sales right, foreign companies, compradors and tea houses, etc., jointly led the establishment of a middleman system with their control of trade as the core content. The research shows that this system is only conducive to the realization of the interests of the middlemen, but it makes the benefit space of the tea producers and tea farmers without negotiation ability seriously squeezed, resulting in the imbalance of the distribution of interests in the tea trade. The middleman system is one of the main reasons for the decline of tea foreign trade in modern China. On a deep level, the middleman system inhibits the formation of economic elements necessary for the development of the tea industry, such as institutional innovation, technological progress, social investment and enterprising spirit of entrepreneurs. The tea industry in modern China could not be upgraded and transformed, resulting in the final decline of tea foreign trade.
